A reason why the BTC price is relatively high but the social risk is low could be the ETFs. Boomers invested in the ETFs usually dont watch crypto youtube or follow crypto twitter influencers.
Good point, this seems highly likely
Let’s if those same boomers hold onto their BTC if it falls sharply during the summer, given their risk levels are likely much lower given they are closer to retirement
There was a lot of hype between the halving and ETF.
First time the market slaps them in the face, 2/3 will rage quit and 1/3 will start paying attention.
Of those who rage quit, half will call from the sidelines for investor protection regulation. Especially after it goes parabolic without them.

That's the risk being taken over the broader market as well right now. Rate cutes will come. Coz the govts have to do it for their economy to go up. The risk is till when we hold out for it to come.

It's not just according to the social risk, that is only one of the several risk factors he takes into account when making a general risk metric
