After having these 3 girls their mum would later on get back with the father continuing to have 6 other children together, a total of 9 children all together. They would later find 4 other siblings, Janice, Lorraine, Mandy (Amanda), and one more sister. It was revealed that 4 of the 9 children were adopted and 5 children actually grew up with their mum. They did get to see a picture of their mum.
It should be illegal (because it's certainly immoral and cruel) to separate siblings. If asked, they would rather be together in the orphanage than apart with other families. This is so wrong.
I don't disagree. Inwill say though that my in-laws were foster parents for some years. At one point they ended up with two boys, 3 and 5, whose parents were abusive towards each other. Unfortunately, the 5 year old already exhibited the same behavior towards his little brother, and the state was considering separating them. They moved on from my in-laws and I don't know if we know what ended up happening. It's nothing but tragic, and at 5 I hope that the older one at least found another loving home and has been able to grow out of his behavior. At the time, as horrible as it seemed, it really did look like separating them may have been better for the younger brother. Those developmental years are so critical. I am no expert and am not qualified to make such a decision, but I can see how it might be worth considering for some cases. At least these days it is easier to keep track of children in the system. Hopefully if the boys were separated they will have the ability to find each other later on. If not, I hope being together has helped them both. Please do not stay in abusive relationships people. It is DEFINITELY not better for children than having separate parents.
@@djfearross4144Are you willing to do it? It's very difficult. My brother and SIL have been doing it for a while and it's not for the faint of heart. I wish there were better answers; that people were better to their children...but unless we're willing to do what we're preaching, it won't do any good.
It’s a wonderful story of reunion of 2 sisters. I hope they get to unite with their other siblings. Please continue the search for these 2 sisters to unite with their other siblings. God bless them.
The terrace house where the filmed the sisters was next door to my childhood home (built 1976). There were old ladies living there. I cant remeber that one, but they were all Miss this or that. The one with the white door was Miss Ann Peacock. She was lovely. All those ladies had lost fiances in WW1. Miss Peacock was a pianoist and when I was in the Dewsbury reporter as a teen, I was touched to find that she had framed my newspaper picture. The otherside was terraces, a strange old man who died in a house fire as he went back in to turn his electric blanket off and Miss Oldroyd. Both filthy and used to urinate in buckets and chuck them in our buildings. And also Mrs Mudd who had a son called Robert who I named my teddy bear after as a toddler. Funny how to the left of my front door those elderly ladies were so prim and propper and to the right (not Mrs Mudd obvioulsy), they were filthy and rat infested. I had a desperately unhappy childhood and when this show first aired it was so emotional for me seeing the place again. Then take into account the neglect of this poor family I really feel for those ladies and would love to hug them all
It’s terrible that people have no say in what happens to them and their siblings! Some judge up in his altar, with his silly wig on, or some old crony in his suit and tie decides what will or won’t happen to little kids! It’s just plain wrong! Gosh they had some terribly cruel practises back in those days! Thank God we’ve seen the light! But, in this case, why would the parents have gone ahead and made SIX other beings when they knew that three of their OWN out there, misplaced!?!? The insanity of it all!!!! Unbelievable!

I love how supportive and loving her husband is!
That's real love seeing her husband crying with her for her happiness that she found her siblings. He knew what she was going through all those years
He so clearly loves his wife dearly, and is so happy for her. Awesome to see!
Her relief that they were adopted together must have been such a weight off her chest. She knew they werent alone.
Oh christinas husbund has my whole heart! how he was so supportive of her

I'm an American who lived in Dewsbury in 1981. So nice to hear that wonderful Yorkshire accent!

@@IllustriousCrocoduckmore people need to Foster then
@@djfearross4144 100%!
This is why foster parents are crucial. They will take siblings.

What a beautiful older sister to walk into your life❤
‘Come on in and have a cuppa tea’ is the most standard British greeting we really do that well
we sometimes take for granted being together as families, but I really am thankful to have grown up with my family
It’s just terrible that this separation happens in the first place
Their mother is watching from above and finally happy her babies are together.
Their mother don’t care 🤷
Any update on this? I wanted to know if all 9 met
It’s crazy that Christine went from having two siblings into 8 and she’s the oldest

❤❤ love this story
Instead of helping the poor mom out while her husband was imprisoned, they took her kids away
Selamat reuni 👍👍👍
The love
Fuuuuuck this made me hella cry 😭
Was there ever any update on the other siblings?
Christine is the oldest separated from her little sisters
Bittersweet and a crime against humanity.
😢😢😢😢😢😢❤❤❤
As many warning we were subjected to when DNA became available look what great things came of it
Did they ever find the 6 other kids?
I wonder did they ever find the rest of their family, I do hope they did PG
❤
Within 2 years they had all died. That's sad
not as sad as you though.

where is the followup video with all 9?
I wasn't wanted by mum I wish she left me on the street's I was happier in care system 😔
And they keep destroying families
SO they had 6 more kids, but never bothered trying to get you back.
Adoption records were sealed.
You can't get your kids back once they're adopted. However much you want to
Watching these vids make me want to find my own biological parents.. I was adopted and I have no clue.
I hope you have success. Everyone needs to know where they come from.Taking children from mothers is so cruel. Good luck and take care of your heart.
Where are the floods of tears on reuniting
No tears
My god, such bleak streets and sad, concrete houses
That is all you got from this video?
Thats what you saw from the video? Tf
