Last time I was fencing which was some years ago, I was repairing some fences in Banana Qld. The old bloke- the owner, I dont know what was wrong but by the end of the morning my hands were torn to shreds. Took weeks to heal and have never fenced with anyone one else since.
Nice Vid, I'm a big fan of the shirts! When installing the ground cable I never cut it to final length. That wee bit spare gets coiled up neatly and cable tied out of the way. That way you've got a little spare for when (when, not if..) the switch fails/gets buggered by hapless hank or there is a need to make small changes. It means you don 't have to dig another trench for being 12cm short, and that bit you cut off (presumably) gets chucked anyway

Wearing gloves really helps keep your hands in good condition, and having good gear always helps 🙌

Good thinking, it's always smart to keep a spare for (when, not if) things go wrong, definitely with you on that one!
