- On December 16, 2023 around 1:09 AM, Officer Robert Schaffer with the Secaucus Police Department observed a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander drive through a red light through the intersection of Front Street and Humboldt Street. He positioned his vehicle behind the subject vehicle on Paterson Plank Road and initiated a traffic stop. As Officer Schaffer approached the vehicle, he made contact with the driver, who was identified as Rosalie.
When the driver was asked where she was coming from, she told the officer that she was coming from the Dublin Yard at 146 Front Street. As he was interacting with the driver, he detected the odor of alcohol and asked her if she had consumed any alcohol. She admitted to consuming 2 drinks before operating a motor vehicle.
Based on the officers’ suspicion of impairment, the driver was asked to exit the vehicle and perform field sobriety exercises. Officer Bronowich administered the field sobriety exercises, and he started with the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus (HGN) test. The second exercise was the Walk and Turn test and the final exercise was the One Leg Stand test. She was unable to complete the field sobriety exercises as instructed.
Based on her traffic infraction, the odor of alcohol, her admission to consuming alcohol, and her inability to perform the field sobriety exercises, she was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated. She was transported to the Secaucus Police Department for further processing. At the station, Officer Bronowich read her the NJ Standard Statement for Motor Vehicle Operators, and she refused to submit breath samples for testing. After she was processed, she was released to her husband pending her court appearance after he signed the Potential Liability Warning form on her behalf. Officer Schaffer issued her the following summonses: Operating under the influence, refusal to submit to chemical test, consent to take samples of breath, reckless driving, failure to observe traffic control device, and failure to possess driver insurance card

I’m gonna open a bar called ‘TwoDrinks.’
Do it! You’ll have so much free advertising from the drunk drivers who claim they only had “two drinks.” 🍹 🍹
😂😂😂😂
🤣🤣👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Drunks may think there's a two drink minimum, that might be a deal breaker for most.
1:15 "Two drinks." ;-)
Those spandex pants are like stuffing 10 lbs. of sausage into a 5 lb. bag.
If your job depends on your D License you must be insane to go to bar for drinks and even try to get behind the wheel to drive back home
Insanity or Stupidity
Both insanity AND stupidity…
I worked a lot of delivery jobs. I had coworkers who were openly drinking on the job. Maybe not drunk but they were drinking. Think about it. Late at night the majority of drivers have been drinking. Probably most of them need their driver's license for their job,
@@MaxZomboniI have a friend that won't drive after 11p. She says 75% of cars are being driven by someone high or drunk and she doesn't want to be part of the sober 25% that is hit and killed by someone DUI.
Right?
Why do so many people take being searched as a personal affront? Like every one should just take their word that they don't have anything 🙄
It stems from 1) Most people don’t watch these and other police videos and know the procedures. 2) We are witnessing the most traumatic part for those experiencing it, albeit better than the alternative outcome where someone is injured or killed.
If you drive for a living why would you go drinking at the bar and try to drive home? Get a dui and loose your job at UPS
cuz its fun
Because they want to be on youtube 😂
@@gtxoiltastebad What is the fun part? Losing your license or losing your job?
@@jamesk0ua The thrill of getting away with it :D
Spandex is a privilege, not a right 😳
Shes cute❤
since when do i or anyone else have to ask you permission to wear spandex? 🖕
@@kamiko70no one wrote permission is required to wear spandex. Simply an opinion was expressed in the comments because this is what the comments section is for. Brush up on your English comprehension.
😂
Especially if they have to use two handcuffs on you
New Jersey, of course. 20 DUIs later and they still aren't doing jack **** to keep these people off the road.
No cop is a babysitter. Fact! Stupid ppl drink and drive...they never believe they are smashed.
hudson county here. the whole country's justice system stinks. Fla is supposed to be so tough. they downgrade and dismiss charges just like every other state. justice system is a joke. and after seeing these kind of videos, here is the proof.
20? Really?
Until someone dies that's when these cops and courts go full force always after someone loses their life 🤦♂️
Big Alcohol Spends a Million Dollars a Month Lobbying Congress
The deepest pockets? That would be the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States (DISCUS), which spent $1.18 million on behalf of members such as Bacardi USA and Brown-Forman; along with Diageo and Anheuser-Busch, each competing with $670,000Where did these millions go? Besides each of these firms using its lobbying dollars to influence Congress, they also either individually or collectively lobbied the Federal Trade Commission, the *National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.*
It's so easy to avoid drunk driving these days. If you've got the money tondrink, you can get an Uber.
She’s disabled but she’s not disabled to be at a bar drinking. Poor cops, I feel so bad for these guys having to deal with all these losers.
Oh, you are better than everyone else. Okay
Ummmm…. Imagine this; some disabled people do drink 🤦♀️
What disability does it have?..
disabled people arent allowed to drink, when did this happen? sounds like one of those idiots who think because your disabled, youre not allowed to have a weapon to protect yourself and your family. 🤔🤡😠
@@deanfish-jr6xvyou’re a miserable deek
I Used To Work At UPS in Secaucus 17yrs when i used to go do the morning shift 10am-4pm i missed the ppl i used to work with so many memories working at the company ups
I worked there too as a feeder associate. I LOVED that job and miss it so much. Maybe 10 years ago.
UPS used to be so awesome, with top-notch people. These days they’re kinda sketchy.
Iam trying to get a job a UPS
Large Marge
😂😂😂
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼😂
Wow good old Secaucus! I lived across the street from the police station many years ago. The cops there never took any bs. I enjoy it videos. Thanks for posting! 😊
She stepped out her vehicle like she was about to throw down...lol
She was a little large and imposing, wasn't expecting all that either.
Pulled over directly in front of the police department steps. Walk up the stairs and your in Jail.
wonder how this will affect her pension
😆😆😆 Big ol UPS Truck driving by…..
2 drinks must be the magic number that cops must say: Oh only two, okay you can go home have a nice night and buckle up.
She has the legs of an Olympic power lifter
The body of a Sumo wrestler!
A Russian Olympic Power lifter!
I agree on Sumo Wrestler…
She even walks with power in those thunder thighs 😮
Those pants, are a look.
She’s wasted and I hope she lost her job.
Would that be the look of 5lbs of baloney in a 3lb bag? 😮
@@janna9735 👍😎
More like,look away.
It's ALWAYS just "two drinks"...
Right.
Damn lady had a drug mart in her bag
Who carries all those meds around in a bag-was she going overnight somewhere?? Just odd.
It wasn't always like this. I had a life once being a UPS driver.
No no no on the spandex…
Wasn’t sure if she was laying an egg on that 1 leg stand.
Miss Trunchbull
Cop is on point with direction and authority.
It's the accent.
If you're not drunk, why refuse the breathalyser
I don't think she understood the stand on one leg test. Pink flamingo stand 🦩🤭
People don’t realize how annoying it is looking for something in a purse
That is a big girl
Homegirl sucked on the walk n turn but did pretty good on the “series of 3 short steps to turn around”. Meanwhile , copper had some epileptic attack that affected his body cam.
She got the number of drinks right. It's always two. 😮
WTH... The one-leg stance... That's the first time I've seen an officer have someone count in their head to 30...
It's the "Karate Kid stance" for me personally!!
I've seen it before. It's to see how they judge time. It's really a 30 second count and balance test. See how well you do 2 things at once and follow instructions.
Always pull into a lot then they can't impound your shit!!! She really doesn't sound drunk but who knows.
Just as there is a drinking breathalyzer over the limit mark, so too should there be a weight limit for wearing spandex pants...and I'm not joking around.....
With the Fupa poppin out ⛄
The boob purse really shocked me the 1st time a heavy set lady dug in & pulled out a phone. 😳 It seems to trend w/ these types of women. So gross.
She claimed political asylum to eat in America!
To eat America, apparently.
Is she in a UPS vehicle? No, why mention UPS??
Ups will be fired drunk drive his/her lose a job need lesson
What??????
@@Ena48145🤣...agree!
Can’t understand your comment
The comment means that the ups driver will be fired and will learn a lesson.
AAAHHHH - The sinking city of Secaucus (only NJ folks will get that).
Diet time in jail.
No.. it's a ton of carbs and very little protein because it's cheaper to feed a large group of people carbs.
Double ads again…I fucking hate youtube so much
Who doesn’t have premium in this day and age??
We old folks on SS!! Can’t afford it!
Adblock, i haven't seen ads on youtube in maybe 10 years... just sayin
You can't wait up to 30 seconds to compensate this channel? At least RUclips is free, be thankful.
