Starlink seems interesting to hear more about and how well it works. I/we’ve been thinking about getting a drivable RV and doing long trips, well to bike events across the country.
I'm surprised the van didn't come with a built in stove/kithen. It looks awesome though!

Please review your single burner stove. Our hot plate is way too hot on the lowest setting and we'd like to replace it.
Curious to hear what the power set-up is like in this van and if you've had any issues maintaining power for everything you need.
So are you doing this full time now? Or is this just a summer trip?
