Good video jerry, yeah in my experience, cider vinegar is to mild, but never used brown sugar, i like them best, white vinegar, white sugar and some mustard seed. Glad the turned out for ya, they did look good. You'll definitely have to let us know how your white vinegar ones turned out.. 👍

Yeah I went to. I couldn't find mustard seed. I would have liked to put some in there but I'll tell you what my first batch. I put a good bit of peppercorn in there and they're pretty spicy and the brown sugar and apple cider vinegar are pretty good

I like pickles. I would love to have a jar if you have extra. I wasn't sure how the brown sugar would work.

It's not bad ,I'll see how it compares with Cane Sugar.

@@BoxcarJerry Yes. You can also do onions, cauliflower, and hard cooked eggs. I like carrots but they don't work well, or maybe I just don't know the procedure that they require

What brand of apple cider vinegar did you use? I have tried several brands and found Bragg to be the best for spritzing ribs and other meats I smoke. I agree on the thicker cut. Thanks for sharing eh!
