This was my first workout in about a month and a half! I had meningitis and a 5 day hospital stay in mid-August. Prior to that, I was doing your workouts 4-5 days per week! Took some time off to let my body fully recover. So grateful that you have these beginner workouts so I can build up to where I was before! ❤
I loved this cardio workout, Tracy! I did mostly low impact, but kicked up a few of the moves. This was good for me for an easier cardio day. After this, I did your 30-minute arm workout from today. That was a great combo for an all-around workout for me this morning! 😁

No, not unless you are in the membership. However, i am releasing an advanced Blue Zone workout in 2 weeks, and we do the fitness step test in that. Stay tuned for that!

Yes, it's usually monitored by age. Working at a range (220 minus your age x a % depending on your focus.)
