    Loved this workout!! I could push myself when I needed to and could also take the lower impact option as well. Love the no repeat format, time seems to fly right by! Thank you so much Tracy for yet another workout that will be going straight into my 'All Time Favourites" folder!! : D

    Love your workouts and the versatility and cardio that’s almost always included.. I’ve actually switched to you on a regular ❤
    You mentioned cardio fitness today.. I am always curious how high that goes?
    I can always tell I need to be better .. feel happy when I see improvement.. does Peter Attia break it down by age? What it should be?

      Yes, it's usually monitored by age. Working at a range (220 minus your age x a % depending on your focus.)

    This was my first workout in about a month and a half! I had meningitis and a 5 day hospital stay in mid-August. Prior to that, I was doing your workouts 4-5 days per week! Took some time off to let my body fully recover.
    So grateful that you have these beginner workouts so I can build up to where I was before! ❤

    I loved this cardio workout, Tracy! I did mostly low impact, but kicked up a few of the moves. This was good for me for an easier cardio day. After this, I did your 30-minute arm workout from today. That was a great combo for an all-around workout for me this morning! 😁

    Tracy, you make reference to a test for your members and give examples of how we can do this ourselves, is that test something that one can purchase from your site?

      No, not unless you are in the membership. However, i am releasing an advanced Blue Zone workout in 2 weeks, and we do the fitness step test in that. Stay tuned for that!

    Great workout, loved this one perfect for the lighter days the moves were great and I added light ankle and hand weights for an added push
