Simmons had a tough year. To end on this note is impressive, things really could have not gone better from where he was in the Spring to get back to this level. Shows that he is a super talent. Hopefully in 2025 he can get some nice wins.
Really great to see Quinn back on his bike and riding so strongly. He was one of the only guys to try to follow Pogacar. Whenever he was dropped, he kept his focus and clawed his way back.
Snap into slim Jim. That mustache, sunglasses and helmet combo fuck as the kids say. Props to Simmons. 9th at Worlds fucks too. kept getting dropped and kept coming back. That’s how you believe in yourself.
Apples and oranges, because Cort is a magnificent legendary rider already. Quinn can still become that. Right now he is too focused on his handlebar in the face ;D
*Is it?* 🤨 Tour Du Pont......Gone. Philidelphia Champs,.....Gone. Tour of California,.....Gone. Coors Classic/Tour of CO,.....Gone. Tour of Missouri,.....Gone. We had a good team this year, but our domestic calendar is in a terrible state.
@@anthonyhuber-permanentlyre7808 I know the two races were the same. I also know that everyone who had anything to do with the event referred to Trump as a clown who was not taken seriously by anyone.. But, yes, his sponsorship was a good thing. Maybe the only good thing he has done in his lifetime.
@@stevenmeyer9674 *Oh jeez, just call him Hitler and be done with it, it's obvious you hate the guy.* No matter what he does it will never be good enough for you and that is why he shouldn't try.
He's on trek right, well they had a pretty good year without him. Probably not the easiest guy to ride with, maybe not the first guy you'd want as a teammate. And wouldnt think the personality fit with sepp and mattais was awesome. He will go for some results in 1 day races next year but grand tours and 3 weeks is a long time and I cant see that working with him.
Even though there's 4.2 joules in a calorie the body is only about 25% efficient, so it happens that kilojoules of energy produced roughly match calories burned. That means he burned roughly 7000 calories, which is an insane amount.

Awesome ride Quinn! Respect!! 🤙🤙🇺🇸

Terrific job.. We are all proud of you and the USA team !
Great interview! "When you get too close to the sun you get burned" 😅
Terrible questions. Simmons finished 9th, a great result on a very tough course against the best riders in the world.
Was it difficult out there? What kind of question is that?
Hahah I know right! What did the reporter expect? The reporter has clearly never raced a bike

7,000 kj is insane 🤯
7000 kj wow!! That’s huge!!
Great job🔝🐂
Dude is tough. Kept seeing him getting dropped after a big effort with counterattacks and then 10km later back in the front group.
Magnum changed a lot
Damn I didn’t know James Hetfield of Metallica turned back the clock and became a cyclist!!! Well done USA and good job Quinn. USA is proud 😎

Magnus Cort grows a moustache. Quinn: "Hold my beer!"

McNulty just takes one look at who asking the questions and keeps going :D
“Was it difficult out there?” These questions are horrible
Flo bikes = clown show
Is the sky blue?
other questions to ask: "did you break a sweat?" "Is Pogacar a strong rider?" "did you do your best?"
Great performance from a strong US team. He definitely outplayed the Aussies at their own game with the moustache and style!
USA cycling is in great shape. Pretty awesome.

Let’s call him Phoenix.😂
the 80s p0rn mustache is definitely stronger then the 7000 kilojoules he put out
I thought they would be burning more calories than that. Still a lot

Ah ok, never used joules and just looked a simple calc online 👍
Sweet mustache!
I blame it on the tache. You cannot look like Lemmy and win any road cycling race. Lemmy never won any road races.
Why do riders keep sunglasses on after finishing race. This is one occasion where one can get to be recognized by cycling fans.
They wear sunglasses day in day out. I’m sure they don’t even think about that anymore. 😅😅
Cover those dilated pupils up. 👀
Because sponsorship
Can we ask riders to remove sunglasses for interviews please?
if anyone is keeping them on its big red 🤣
you're not serious.
And the big glasses look like shit
His sponsorship contract prob says he needs to wear them.
