Every state or county fair that I've ever been to has them so somebody must be buying them.
Maybe, it's just specific to certain states/counties then because the fairs where I live, I've never seen them here

OGSpaceCadet roller coasters are the safest activity you can enjoy. Sure, traveling coasters aren’t as safe as permanent coasters, but they are still very safe

I just took a trip to see my sister who lives in Washington and the "Do you sell weed?" was accurate because when driving places, We found at least 5 - 10 weed stands on the wide of the road
I live within walking distance of one, so... sounds about right
Often kitty corner to bikini barista coffee stands (for some nw espress-ho!) and sketchy strip malls.
Sadly almost everyone smokes the stuff to (not everyone but a significant amount). Doesn't make it easy on those like me who actually has a gag reflexs and suddenly become ill at just the scent. (I've never been tested for being allergic, but honestly I wouldn't be surprised. If I smell a hint of it one someone I nearly have to turn around and find hte nearest garbage can. It's that's bad. Sucks working in customer service industry. Have to act like nothing's wrong at all. But lately it's been getting much-much worse (customers coming in with the scent on them) or smoking it right outside my window).
