Honestly when I saw this video I started laughing, I just recently started my own pacifist run, I'm half way through H2, so I guess I was just beaten to it. That said I have a few things to say. Lord Hood: Master Chief, I’m still reading hostiles in that area it’s been 8 hours, why haven’t you cleared them? Mister Keef: I can’t sir, it’s a challenge
Chief in Halo 1: “I won’t kill anyone, Im a pacifist” Chief after killing all the covenant and marines by blowing up the ring: “Well, technically it wasn’t a direct kill so...”
33:23 use the barricade method, but when you push the button have friends through grenades at the sides, so that the AI tries to dodge the grenades but rolls onto the elevator

In my personal head cannon, the one marine that I got to the very end of High Charity without dying (from the prison section) got a huge promotion. I honestly just sat back and watched it kill elites and brutes by himself with a shotgun, but hunters were a problem I had to take care of

Although never try to do Cortana on legendary, just don’t, trust me, it’s not worth it. Those pure forms are brutal!
On Crow's Nest, if one player stands back to keep the doors you came in from open, you could lure the hammer brute to where Johnson and the marined are
I’ve never managed to have the marines kill him though. It takes a lot to make them attack, and it’s also really hard to keep the hammerbro in that room longer than a few seconds
Imagine being Chips Dubbo on some mission, suddenly two Spartans come to your aid in the fight and all they do it just stand infront of you and tank punches from enemies while shouting encouragements at you to shoot them, then afterwards they just hop away into the distance.
With bringing up allies up the elevator, at least on the second tower, you could try use the gravity hammer you get to force the ally. Maybe you can put a barrier between the ally and the gammer so you don’t kill the ally
Funny fact: halo 3 uplift reserve master chief edition has a pelican drop off a warthog after the wraith firefight (After the bridge) so if you can get the soldiers to show the covenant haven then you can get an army with you for the final area.
For the Truth and reconciliation you could have just done the waith glitch to get outside the map and skip that first section so you don't have to shoot any enemies
Have y'all at Rocket Sloth actually read through the entirety of the books? I really do recommend it, even if some seem dry. The background understanding that you can glean from them is brain-bending and game-changing.
32:02 These parts *ARE* actually possible to complete, but only with the acrophobia skull. Basically, if you fly straight up the elevator shafts to the chieftains and their clans of stalkers and captains without pressing the buttons to activate the elevators, all of the brutes will be inactive and will just stand there without attacking you (or in the case of the second tower, they’ll attack you, but only if you stand in front of them, as they still won’t be able to move. From there, you have to push each of the brutes down the elevator shafts, which will kill them all instantly. It’s a tedious process, but it works.
What they can probably do in the elevator scene in halo 3, is they can constantly switch weapons with the marines, because when you switch weapons with them, they pause for a brief moment, before doing any other action, but you’d just have to make sure to constantly switch weapons with them making sure they don’t move.
The modern speedrun path for Truth and Reconciliation involves boosting through the ceiling of the first room on the ship. No need to even shoot the sword elites
I remember there being a thing in the regret boss fight where on easy or normal difficulty all you had to do was bored his chair and ride it a bit and he'd just randomly die even if you didn't punch him. Technically didn't kill him
for the elevator ride on oracle, you could've ran back to the ramp platform and let the elevator go down. Once it hits a certain level you can jump down to the elevator and jump down to the platform where you need to go anyway. It was a tip i picked up from halo completionist for laso runs and also for unique runs similar to yours
on TaR, the doors the camo elites come out of is random so if you kept restarting level until they come out of the continuation door, you could abandon marines and sprint on
Doc? Is that... is that... you? (Also, yes, the gravemind does harvest Regret's memories, as it does with all of it's unfortunate prisoners. I think HiddenX' made a video on it.)
Halo: CE: Flood infection forms in 343 GS. They have to die in order to progress. Mission Failed Halo 2: Every Boss. Might be able to get the Marines to kill the Scarab crew, but the Heretic and Tartarus are solo battles. Can't recall if Marines can even make it to the Prophet, so that too (unless you can elicit Covie blue-on-blue).
On the Covenant on single player, you can grenade arbiter onto the platform where he passes out. Then, you can push the elevator button and he will take the brutes out. The first tower is still a mystery tnh.
On Crow's Nest, you might be able to go through the level on single player. For part of the level, the Arbiter is with you as an NPC ally, but I can't remember if it's before or after that squad of Brutes. Same for the Towers, I can't remember when he stays with you, but it might be worth checking.
On The Covenant on Halo 3 you could try (with or without Cowbell) using a brute shot to juggle the marine into the button to keep him from moving until you reach the top
I think crows nest is actually possible, if you have multiple people you can let the brutes throw grenades at you, you can try to catch the grenade and basically just run at the brutes with the grenade on you. As long as the chieftain isn't the last one then you should be good.
On The Covenant, I recall using a warthog + grenades to launch myself up one of the elevators. The brute AI doesn't activate until you press the elevator button so you can push them around. It might be possible to push them all into the elevator shaft.
It is in fact possible, though tedious, to do this on both elevators. It’s actually even easier now as you can just fly up them with the acrophobia skull. The tedious part is the fact that it takes forever to actually push them all down the shafts. Oh, and in the case of the second shaft, you have to make sure you aren’t standing in front of the brutes, as they can still shoot you for some reason if you are.
For the towers in Cortana, could you not bring enough crates to totally surround the marines/elites on the elevator? Just needs to slow them down long enough for the elevator to lift into the shaft.

How did you get past the sentinels at the start of Two Betrayals?
This is why we check if the weapon calibration is working....
Looking at you Captain Keyes.
Master Chief! The best soldier we have! Go down there and kill the covenant forces!
Chief: No, I dont think I will.
In crows nest you only need to kill the chief, punch his armor off andtry to kill him with friendly fire.
*punches through keys head*
5 min later: I cant believe we beat halo ce without killing!
Yeah the flood kills the host to access their memories… we’re just gonna go with it lol
Rocket Sloth: *Calls them flood spores*

Sidestepping that Chieftain was hilarious
The ride before regret if you wait long enough it moves. You don't gotta fight those ppl. It's on a timer to move eventually
Love this challenge keep doing it
Perfect timing and length to watch while I eat sardines
When you are in the covenant if you play on solo you can push the arbiter to the top of the second tower with you and he will take out the flood.
Now this is no killing so in a total hypothetical Ben schpario moment you can indeed fire your weapon you just can’t kill them with it
Laso lone wolf goes from being a survival to a speed run. Truly the worst enemy of noble six in the end, was noble six
For the towers in Cortana, could you not bring enough crates to totally surround the marines/elites on the elevator? Just needs to slow them down long enough for the elevator to lift into the shaft.
