Hey there Ben hope you’re having a wonderful day yourself. I have a 2014 ford focus and I’ve found your videos (especially the ones regarding the transmission at low speeds) SUPREMELY helpful. Your video on the purge valve also really helped me learn how to replace mine. I have a question, so I have clicking behind the dash and I know it’s the blend motor actuator and I’ve pulled out my glove box to get back there and check to see if I can get the damn thing out without taking out the dash. Is there anyway you could do a video or maybe offer some tips on how to do this? I’d really appreciate it (along with many other very frustrated ford focus owners with this issue). Anyway, love your content, and look forward to more of your content!
I'm glad the videos helped. I haven't done one of those actuators in a long time. I remember they are a pain. I didn't pull the dash. If you want to share pics of your progress on my Facebook or discord group that'll refresh my memory on doing it
Could you do the accelerated main control break in using forscan or an autel to actuate the clutches for a-f clutches. My explorer is flairing on 3-4 and 5-6.
@danielbane3844 hi, if I get the chance absolutely! I don't work at the shop anymore, but I'll keep my ears out for someone with that car. Thanks for being a channel member!
Well, That was cool. Interesting that it actually worked??? 🤷♂. I did a TON of this when I was working in the Electronics Field. 9.9% of the Time, It eventually came back and required Servicing of Some sort or a BOARD Replacement, or a Major Part replacement. Hey Double "B", If this comes back, could you at least let us know what happens? Be Interesting to see if it stay's Fixed. Nice that it DID something, However, if it's a "DIRT RELATED" Issue (according to what I heard), then Why would FORD "not" Require a Transmission Service & Filter Replacement? Then, do the Computer Learn thing with "Clean Fluid"???? Then if it's Fixed, It Might actually Be Fixed?? Maybe??? 👌. Just Saying.
Nice that it's working. (for now) I wonder if any might be back with the same thing? Maybe it's a Good Fix? I just wonder sometimes. What are they thinking, and Whom is doing the Thinking? My "NEW F-150 10R80" that was Installed a while back seems to be "ok"??? Right now. But, I do have some other BANGING and CLUNKING and NOISE Coming from the Rear Suspension area. I do need to get it in "Again" for the Axel Recall and have this Noise concern looked at. 🥵. JEEZE, 6250 Miles on the Clock, Kind of a Bummer.
@@geom.s.70 it hasn't yet. But if it does, it'll get a valve body. Edit: I thought this was a different video. I dont remember what I did in this one. I assume an accelerated break in

No problem!

@BigBensCarsAndCycles I'm in roanoke va. I have an autel I was just curious if I could do it myself with my autel scanner. Would it damage anything?

We'll see! I've actually had 4 explorers this week now with this exact issue and this fixed them all (for now?)

@kendavis1198 it should be a long term fix. Also a lot of 10 speeds just shift firm by nature
Probably is going to come back after a while

Where are you located?my 2021 explorer has this problem🫤 don’t know where to go to get it fixed.
Hi. I don't work at ford anymore. Wish I could help. You could ask your dealer to do this procedure
