What I see in the video looks more like a microcar tour than a microcar rally. In rally drives each participating microcar for himself and not in a long ribbon behind each other.

Some of them sound like their engines are running rough..ha ha - Old folks outing :-) Just heard you say they have 2 cylinders, no wonder they sound rough..lol
If holland didn't change the engine and let is just be standard like in france they aloud to drove up to 90 km. Than this supermini would be sell much more. And the prices are also very high.

Looks like they're really popular in The Netherlands. Here in the UK you don't see em that often and when you do you get stuck behind one.
