I love my ET-4750 but..... For a couple of years it has worked perfectly even though I didn't use it every day. Then it started giving me poor prints. So I have ran both the print head cleaning and the power cleaning. It will be fine for the day but the next day it is back to printing poorly. I've ran the cleaning so many times I had to replace the maintenance box once and it is probably almost time to do it again. This is unacceptable. Is there any way to manually clean the print heads to get rid of any dry ink buildup?

Same. It stopped printing black ink entirely even though it's half full and I've only ever used original ink. A power cleaning fixed it a month or two ago, but it's doing it again. Not acceptable, going to return it to Costco.
On the nozzle check pattern page, the black was fine however the "Y M C" showed nothing, blank! I've had this printer for about a year and this started all of a sudden, and now I have to go through shutting it down for 12 hrs. and repeating what we've watched in the video, and then do a "power cleaning"! So for 12 hrs., I have to sit here and twiddle my thumbs not being able to carry out business as usual! At this price point "$499.99" which I'm happy to say I didn't pay that much, thankfully, I have to be a "printer tech" on top of all this! Very disappointed
Hmm. Mine stopped printing color. The ink is full. When I printed the nozzle check pattern everything looked just fine on the BK side, but the YMC area showed no color at all.

I can not even get the Nozzle Print check to print... all ink is filled... but can not get it to print... can you help please
