I like the "Always use Traversal Sprint" option. Having two tiers of sprinting feels pointless to me. Gotta go fast!
Just started playing and wondered what that was referring to. So as long as you remember to what?.. crouch & slide into it? (or just halt your run just before you hit the cover point - though in the heat of battle that would take longer compared to just slamming up into the cover) before you hit that traversable cover point, you won't then jump over it automatically?
Step 1: wait a year for patches to fix all of the bugs, performance, and balance issues
This is essential to the Battlefield launch experience, and there wasn't a single moment during BF2042's hype cycle where I was anticipating being able to skip step 1 🤣

The starting smg is really decent when leveled

Bad company 2 is my favorite as well. The Vietnam expansion had the most fun maps.

Wasn't gonna get this game but when I ordered my ps5 in came in a bundle amd I had to get far cry 6 and battlefield 2042 with it so guess gonna give it a shot lol

i’ve seen a lot of bad reviews on this game but i’m loving it so far. yeah there’s a lack of the destruction and the bloom on some guns are bad and when someone dies and it won’t let me revive them even though the icon is there etc. i feel like the game will eventually improve over the next few weeks/months with new patches
Games shouldn’t be released in such a state, it’s that simple.
@@Manic.miner2077 well if everyone stood up for what they stand for they wouldnt make any money and have to release games in working order but no, everyone still wants to preorder everything months in advance because you can dress up your game avatars as the same pretty princess everyone else will look like day 1

Be careful when you scan with Paik, since you appear on enemies map too!
Right, seemed a bit OP otherwise so wondered if there was an inadvertent consequence - thereby announcing your presence as an enemy ping whilst using it. Just started playing and probs way off until that stage but cheers for the heads up.

Not gonna lie, was thinking about getting battlefield 2042 but then Halo infinite MP released.
Wait can I put specific specialists to my specific load outs... so like I want my support class to have angle and then my engineer class to have a different specialist
You pick your loadouts and they carry over to each specialist

Fucking great game unpolished as fuck. Most fun I have in Battlefield since 3 and this also applies to all my friends who hated 1 and 5 so we're all back together.
Definitely gonna play this alot, with Battlefront 2 live service god Ben Walke as producer I have big faith in the support and fixes.

I just got a refund for the game from PSN. Not because it's an unfinished mess, but because I discovered that I'm not really into multiplayer shooters anymore.
64 players on last generation consoles is the best version. 128 players is just a gimmick. 128 is too congested and chaotic.
Good job it has portal so you can make any game mode and player count
Just buy it 1 year later Iif you haven't already. Game is a mess right now and lacks content.
