I have so many cookbooks that I really want to share some recipes, and sometimes my opinions about these books with people. This is why I've started making "cookbook recipe" vids.
By following cookbook recipes, we can explore new dishes, and discover flavor combinations.
The recipe I followed today is from a cookbook called Palestine on a Plate by Joudie Kalla.
There are so many recipes I'd like to try - the book is full of healthy recipes with easy-to-access ingredients! Hope you feel the same. :)
