Hi anna, It's a great video. I suggest you do a video on 150 Sqyds land. Share some live examples of the areas which he or some other good realtor has invested and made good profits. I request you make a video for people who are earning between 30,000-50,000 per month because this group wants to learn and grow but are not able to get the right guidance.

Because you will not agree what they say .. and especially old ppl they don’t know about stocks ..they don’t have idea and they will not willing to know .. because vallaku avasaram kuda ledu this age lo .. Viewers just buy one house for your family and keep every rupee in equity ( Mutual funds ) at any given points for 10-20 yrs compare with land . Mutual funds will give more returns period . Land is good but to find best opportunities it’s a pain .. same in stocks as well . Nifty 50 or. Some other mutual funds ( max okay 10 unate research and buy according to your needs .
