Hey Jasmine, we have a really solid hip program but in regards to general glute strengthening...we will see what we can do, we have a few videos coming out soon that I think you may like, be sure to subscribe! Love the idea!
@@ThePrehabGuys So, I'm going to be purchasing your running program. I have knee issues from running. I have glute amnesia/hamstring dominance (which was a part of my bad running form), and for the last 1.5 year have been working on getting that mind body connection with my glutes without much success. I have no issue activating the side glutes, but the glute Max have seemed impossible to activate. The PT exercises given to me last year worked my hamstring, not the intended glutes. I have made form adjustments, bands, etc. Recently, I have found that rowing I can actually feel my glute max burn. Should I just do that for strengthening right now ? Maybe build up to trying glute exercises again? I'm interested in your guys take as PT's. All the body weight/ weighted stuff the hamstring takes over no matter the cues or form adjustments. If you ever made a glute rehab I would definitely be interested! Thanks!
goblet squat! want to get the bands you feature in your videos.. i saw the link you shared in some of the other comments. i see you using the red band. do you think you can perform the exercises with the blue band? i like to think i'm pretty strong but i also want to use the full range of motion and wasn't sure if the exercises were doable with the blue band. thanks!!! oh more thing, what do you do when your legs require more weight but your hands are small and grip strength isn't the best... i like to use 35# kettlebells but find my hands tire before my legs/glutes.. i do have a barbell as well. wasn't sure if that was the only other option... thanks!!!
Hello! You can utilize bands to your exercise tolerance!! Also, barbell would be best if difficult to hold in hands and you want to add more load :) Bands are here: crossoversymmetry.com/
Does that mean you shouldn't bother with isotonics until you can do the 30-60 sec isometrics? Like should I do isometrics for a few weeks or something until I build up to it?
Where can I get the band?
Craig's glutes seem to be weaker then an old lady's bladder.
Don't worry Matt, we have him doing his exercises everyday!
As usual, content is 24 carat, pure gold. ❤️

😂
New Subscriber!! Extremely helpful . Keep them coming please 🙏.
What is the name of that style of band and really like the exercise with the kettle bell. Is that a single leg deadlift?

Is the deep squat (double leg dynamic) advisable for someone with PFPS/chondromalacia? Can u do it if there’s no pain or will it make it worse?
During your first movement, why would prescribe a clam in a relative hip flexed position for glute max?
Thanks! These are good... how many squats approx are done with each set?
Thanks!
love the matching metcons haha
