Thank you! I took a banded leg and glute class and was not taught about using the hind leg for power and movement! This had made all the difference to my side step!
Nice! I like to run & play with form while doing it & noticed when I activate my glutes with some external rotation my stride is more explosive & it feels like I cover more ground. It'd be cool to see you guys cover some of those related benefits just to show how minor changes to how we exercise can make a breakthrough somehere else in performance. I experienced something similar with pullups after focusing on my rotator cuffs.
@@ThePrehabGuys I'm happy to contribute the little that I can. I first came across you guys on the gram & think you guys do a bang up job with your content helping people with info to minimize injury & make gains, Thank you! Admittedly that Idea is more for in depth courses which I know you already have.
These bands are from Crossover Symmetry. Not sure if they ship to Canada, here is the link to the product. crossoversymmetry.com/products/hip-core-system
I like the video, but I have a couple of suggestions: While you’re demonstrating, it’s not crystal clear when you are doing it wrong and when you’re doing it right, especially if you are not a native speaker. Also, the more correct form I see, the more likely I am to do it correctly. Thanks.
