I suppose gym is a status thing in Guyana. All you need is the seawall, fresh breeze and walk and there is your exercise! Maybe it is safer for residents!Just weighing the pros and cons.will they be employing Guyanese? or is it mainly a Chinese entity where they also speak English?Who are the patrons? would be interesting to note!
hi raphael, your audio badly needs a breeze muffler on the microphone. sometimes it's difficult to hear your speech because of the wind noise. Maybe a layer of sponge on the mike may help. Keep up the good work.
Why is there a Mandela Avenue in Georgetown but not a Martin Luther King Avenue? Do Guyanese realize all Guyanese Americans benefit from the work of Dr MLK in America? What did Mandela do for Guyanese?
@@nakho3550, I have been calling for that since Noah built the ark. We need to renamed one of our important streets are him. The whole non white world benefits from his civil rights struggle which produce the civil rights bill. Without that bill all of them wouldn't be welcome in America. Every country in the the world should have a Martin Luther King Street in its country.
There's a Martin Luther Housing Scheme in Berbice and btw that Avenue was renamed in Mandela's honour for spending half his life in prison and fighting for more black rights in the Motherland

Yes I need new equipment. I will invest in a new rig shortly.
PLA guards patrolling in uniform just as if you're in Beijing.
This is guyana? Sooo buzzy. 😮
NIce spy center lol
They are called dogs of FOO or FOO dogs instead of lions ❤
That’s a busy intersection with a crosswalk to nowhere. The crosswalk does not lead to a sidewalk but directly to the roadway. Wow!
Is that a Chinese man with a machine gun guarding the place looks like money laundering
It’s a casino which does cash business.
@@RaphaelNation it's next to the Chinese embassy it's a CCP spy department and money laundering only a fool can't see
Of course that casino will be used for money laundering! I don't think a single would fly to guyana to gamble lol!
@@rda6029 sure right

The Martin Luther housing scheme was probably named after the German Martin Luther because of the Lutheran Church.@@richardthompsonbacchus
None of the two of them did nothing for Guyana, these roads should be named after Guyanese people
I think he visited guyana that is why a street was named after him.
looks pretty terrible for pedestrians
