Can you visit magic spoon factory and make a vedio
you pronounce it wrong. It’s Rohtolo not rotohlo
I like how in a recent video you called attention to the fact that you never lie when doing ad reads, and to pay attention to what you *don't* say. And in the magic spoon ads, you do not ever say you actually enjoy the stuff or that it tastes good.
@@sampound9258does it really matter?

as the camera started to fall i didnt realise what was happening and was momentarily very impressed that adam had apparently somehow arranged a drone shot within his own kitchen
it made me a little nauseous lol

Same. I had to rewind because I was wondering why the "oops" was there.

Making a sauce in a sheet pan has to be one of the most Adam Ragusea things I’ve ever seen Adam Ragusea do.
Right?! I was thinking the same thing.😆
Cooking in the oven pan on the stove is also such a patented Ragusa move
In the best way possible haha 😊
Ragusa
@@repulse_ …I only just now noticed that 😬
The lack of dishes this creates is so satisfying I just 🤌🤌🤌
I remember one time he said he’s always thinking about dishes when making recipes and I’ll always appreciate it
one of the main reasons ill try it
When i first read this I thought it was a passive aggressive insult 😂😂
ok but you're eating off a sheet pan with a bunch of kids like it is a trough. That might be ok for your pig-family, but in my house we use fine china to eat from.
@@bonaface wtf😭
Man, I miss these process videos. This is the distilled gold of a cooking channel. I just want a straight ahead how-to with important stuff highlighted. This is like your first chocolate chip cookie video.
I just love how despite all this being so high quality in terms of videography and all, it's still very simple and practical for normal people. Out of all the cooking YTers Adam is the one guy who's stuff works out as advertised, and is suitable for anyone who isn't doing this stuff full time.
As the camera fell I almost fell with it
did not expect you here😅
Hey what are you doing here? Get back to your corner of the internet and make another video on fallout and or VR mister
"For god's sake, just take the concept, eyeball everything, and make it up as you go!"
Totally agree! c´mon people!!!
I went to look up the recipe, and Adam yelled at me, point taken.😢
@@shannondore Awww don't take it personally! Adam's ethos is all about incorporating techniques as you play with the ingredients and tastes available to you. Make mistakes! Develop your palate and skills, and have fun!
Adam is so good at finding foods that I have never heard of but that suit the home kitchen so well!
Hey Adam!
I've been watching you since the glowing sodas and I just wanna say thank you for making these videos. I love them all and i binge watch your bolognese video a lot. And the macaron ones too
Hope you have a great day and a happy new year
Whenever I get anxious or st, I put on the bolognese or lasagne video.. The fact that I remember the senteces he say or his intonation and the fact that I use the recipes to actually cook delicious food makes it ever so more soothing...glad to see he's finally back
@@adamsojka3345 Yes I know, something about his voice is so relaxingg
Adam, this format is much better than the off-the-cuff format you’ve been testing. It just has more polish and stands as a respectable recipe for many years I feel. Thanks.
A rolled lasagna with prosciutto, ricotta and spinach baked in a pan with a base of red sauce and topping of Alfredo is simply the best meal I think I’ve ever eaten, definitely best pasta dish.

Love you, Adam ❤ Got into a bad car accident and your videos bring me a lot of comfort
Wish you a speedy recovery!
Looks really good and never seen this before. Awesome! Also fun fact btw the broiler is actually called a grill by the brits
I laughed at loud at this.
Legit bought a sheet pan the other day so I could do meals like this. Great video as always
Clever and looks yummy, as always. Thx for doing this, filming it and sharing it with us. 👍👍👍👍👍
Relatively quick, and straight forward. You can almost figure it out just from the thumbnail.
I think if I was to properly plate this, I might cook the sauce separate, or if doing a large amount. Actually, this would work quite well for parties, whether at home or elsewhere. Just pour the cooked sauce in a 2 or 3 inch pan, top with the rolls, and reheat whenever.
Do you reckon there is a significant benefit to actually pre-cooking the sauce? My guess would be you could get almost the same result by skipping this step.
@@robbiegallagher3103 likely to maybe just get ahead of time, also you can keep the toasty tomato flavour that is sometimes a problem from not cooking the sauce enough
Looks good. I need to try these. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
One of the best ideas I've seen lately, truly something I wouldn't have thought of, thanks Adam :)
Hey, that trick with a sheet pan on the stove is amazing! I just tried it with my induction stove and it works great. Thanks!
Wonderful video. Love the inclusion of the classic green cutting board!
adam can we see your takes on classic dishes! I love seeing your creativity but i love seeing how you do normal everyday dishes differently. thank you and ily bro
One of the first things i learned to make 😂 looks good, happy new year adam
Welcome back Ragusea!
I have never heard of this before and will sure try it, looks amazing
Great stuff! Short and sweet, and mouth watering.
Brian Lagerstrom and Adam both dropping sheet pan recipes on the same day 🤔
Definitely making this for my family. Great idea! ❤
Never heard of this dish, but everything about it is so impressive. I must give this a shot.
"Fancyness to effort ratio" is a phrase I think needs to become mainstream! Hahaha
Welcome back Adam! Hope you & the family had a lovely holiday.
Looks like the perfect dinner to make when you realize you've spent most of the day with your fish tanks. Hey, it happens. ❤
How ya doin, Adam? Happy New Year. I like this idea for the sheet pan dinner. Gonna try it as soon as I have all the ingredients on hand.
Very cool ideas. I like the idea of eating right out of the pan with the fam or friends.
will definitely try this for dinner tonight, thanks for your consistently realistic recipes, adam!
Thanks for the recipe!
Man. That was cool. I miss these videos.
Cool! Never heard of this. Thanks man, adding to my food list.
I've never heard of this dish before, but now, it's all I want to make.
Pasta rotolo is looking amazing 🤩
I’ve been waiting for another magic spoon sponsorship, I’m so excited to try it- and at a discount!
Made this tonight and its a hit
Gonna try this soon!
This reminds me of my friends inspired lasagna at their restaurant Don Angies in nyc. Should try out that recipe sometime Adam, its delicious
That looks AWESOME
Hi Adam! I've loved your videos for a little over a year now. You really show cooking from the perspective of a home cook the best way, and I thank you for that. But I have one problem. In the US, i presume many people have an oven, but all around the world ovens are kind of rare to come by. I wish more of your recipes were stove based rather than oven based. I do know that ovens are way more versatile than stoves, but still, I would love to see more stove friendly recipes. Thanks!
Rolling and stuffing lasagna sheets, so clever!
This look crazy delicious
Looks awesome!
Just got done making this for dinner with my wife, and the result was amazing! Cooking together is one of the ways that we bond, and this was a super fun one to do 😃 thanks for the idea!
I appreciate you and thank you for making content.
Looking amazing as always 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Who agrees with me that this is ART?!
adam! i hope you had a good new years / xmas
Everyone doing sheet pan dinners today. Definitely January energy
glad you’re back! hope santa was good to you
so amazing!
Please do an episode on papa John’s! We need the secrets to that candy pizza.
Papa John's is to pizza sauce what the entire nation of the Philippines is to spaghetti sauce.
@@SimuLordI have no idea what that means
@@grayson9530Filipino spaghetti is (in)famously sweet; they put a _ton_ of sugar into it. If you're not from the Philippines, it's an acquired taste.
Adam, I’ve been missing the hell out of you. I hope you are feeling better and I am looking forward to your next podcast, for whenever you feel up to it.
Great both adam ragusa and brian lagerstrom drop videos in sync, and they are both sheet pan cooking so easy clean, and apart from prep, fuss free cooking.
would the tomatoes react badly with an aluminum sheet pan? or would it be mostly un-noticeable? forgive me if i missed you mention that in this video, but I do recall you advising people avoid using acidic ingredients on aluminum in the chicken cacciatore video
The aluminum leaching is more of a problem for extended periods of marinating/simmering. An hour's worth of cooking won't be that much of a problem in comparison.
@@eddievhfan1984 thanks for the info! i’ll look into it more
I figured it would be ok because it was a pretty quick dish and there seems to be a pretty linear relationship between cook time and the amount of metal leached. FWIW, I thought I tasted something slightly funny when I ate this, but it was within that zone where you’re not sure if you’re making it up or if it’s real. If concerned, use a big stainless or enameled roasting tray, or even a wide frying pan.
@@araguseathanks for the insight! :)
Another Adam video for my dinner recipe playlist!
You're a mad man Ragusea, but that's why we love you.
I had never seen this done before until just the other day when I watched a video about a place in NY called Don Angie's who I guess are pretty well known for making their lasagna similarly to this. It looks pretty good.
Magic Spoon has returned
I interpret the very end of the sponsored segment, when he starts to slam the boxes down after having done his sponsored smile for 30 seconds as a proof that he knows it's garbage
Cool recipe👍
look at adam low key bragging about his super clean sheetpan.
I am actually going to make this for dinner one night this week. I have some home-made italian sausage. The only thing I'm going to change is some hardware. I think a carving knife is what to use for cutting the rolls.
This might just be the recipe I use to get back into making pasta after ages!
Btw Adam, I hear plastic cutting boards aren't a great idea anymore because you could get microplastics in your food from them. What do you think?
I can’t get the image of Peter Gabriel - Big Time out of my mind when you show the tray
Starting a video with a Funkadelic reference is proper form, my friend
Ohhhh this looks good
Nice to see you back, hope you had a nice holiday dude.
Can you do a video on a healthy diet/filling low cal recipe to help lose some of that Christmas weight?
I’m making this today
I gave this a try today. I heeded the advice and used pasta sheets from the chillers and kept the fillings as dry as possible. But they came out much too dry; they were crunchy. I wonder how to avoid that next time.
Always love a good white wine cameo.
you know its a good day when adam uses wine
I literally could eat the whole pan in one sitting 😂😂😂
this dish looks amazing, looks like a van Gogh painting ahahaha
Adam, i found out that if you ever dont want to mince garlic, or something similar, you can cut it into big pieces and cover it in some plastic wrap, and then slam it a few times with the flat side of one of those mallets people use to flatten chicken. Then its like 90% minced/pastified and you onlt have to cut a tiny bit.
That slow camera fall at 5:10 😆
Awesome minimal dirty dishes recipe as usual !
Was someone wandering around the kitchen in a Winter Classic jersey?
"Biggest fancy to effort ratio ever! Step 1: drip-dry your ricotta overnight..."
Love how the timelapse shows the sheet pan flexing back and forth as it heats/cools around 0:56

Also interesting recipe I'll probably try this soon
Oh, I sometimes go to the local panetteria (bread establishment?) to get a pack of these rolled up things but made of dough.
I NEED MOAR OF ADAM IN MY LIFE
interesting dish ive never heard of before
If starry night was a pasta dish
Thhhhhere he is! Hope you had a nice break, Adam! You deserved it
Going to the grocery store after work...and just had to update my list! This looks excellent.
(update: Oh yeah. To steal a line from Guga Foods, "10 out of 10, would highly recommend." This one's a winner.)
When the camera slipped I thought I was having a vertigo episode!... Actually started turning my phone to compensate 😆.
Must try!
I thought the tilting camera speedup at 5:00 was super cool and clever... until I realized adam had just put the camera at a bad angle and was slowly falling down XD
Love at 5:11 where the camera just falls but the shot worked so you kept it in
Yeahh this one is going to be a banger isnt it
