Who knows what type of screw is used to mount the monitor? I bought a monitor from amazon but they seem to have forgotten to send me the screws
the only problem with this monitor is, how can I get the voice? there's no internal speaker which is fine, but there's no any usb port. so how do I do it, or how did you manage with that?

You will have to plug in speakers from your device (pc etc)
I recently bought this monitor and while setting it up I noticed that it only went to 71.9hz. Is this a monitor problem or is it something normal?. Thanks!
Might be a cable problem? Try another input, another cable or test on another device!
hope you can confirm this.................the PSU doesn't come in a plastic bag ?.......and the monitor screen didn't have a plastic protective film over it ?
for some reason i dont get the home screen with the apps, its just a black screen when i turn it on

I am connecting to an older MAC computer - and I can't get a picture to come up. Using the DVI cable I used on an older monitor and adapter to connect to CPU.
Can you help me understand how to get it to analog? I have toggled to the "source" but when I hit enter to get source to "open" it turns the blue light off
Might be worth trying another adapter or cable in case those are faulty?
Hi, I bought this monitor yesterday and I am not satisfied with the view angles. I mean when I look from the front side the color looks okay but If I look from standing aside, the color looks washed away like really white.
One more thing is I don't think this is an IPS display. I think it's a VA panel.
Shame to hear! Definitely an IPS panel, maybe try change the settings around.

Connect them to your PC or other device, the monitor does not have speakers or input for them

Try reinstalling the stand again! It's a mild tilt but it definitely is able to do so!

Connect bluetooth speakers to your phone and then use the xbox app and link it to your console like PS remote play
I'm trying to figure out of the monitor has removable plastic on the screen. I tried to peel it off but it won't come off. Is this plastic not intended to be removed? Can you help?
Interesting.. Mine came with plastic as it was repaired, so I'm unsure if yours should be removed. I sure hope you aren't 'peeling' the display itself!

Hi this monitor says its 75hz but mine says its 1980x1080 60hz how do you make it 75hz btw i use it with a ps5
A few thoughts here, make sure the HDMI cable is a HDMI 2.0 cable. Next, try change any settings from the monitor. However, the PS5 UI runs at 60hz and you cant change it manually. Any game that supports a higher frame rate should change to it automatically (but try doing it manually above as well). Hope this helps!
How is this monitor for gaming?
It's not too bad, mid-range, not as good as a 144Hz display of course, but it's ok
does this have a wired kbm connecter or do i need a bluetooth kbm

hey man, I bought this monitor on October 2021. due some screen tearing, i have to replaced it on oct 9, 2022 through Samsung official service centre. They replaced the monitor, but it looks entirely different, in fact the replaced one is degraded....as the brightness is too low, low level of contrast, many colours cannot be identified, back light bleeding in certain areas. The earlier model was above my expectations, but the replaced one is just below expectations. Its quality is below the level of LCD Screen of cheap phone also.
When i contacted them, they said....this is the only screen available. I am really upset...what must I do....because the replaced is either a 2nd hand model, or a defective one, because my eyes are not getting adjusted....and Samsung is not taking it seriously.
I am a ui designer and photo editor. You know if u don't get proper colour contrast....and cannot identify some colours....its very difficult to work with!
Sorry to hear about this mate! Are you based in Australia or elsewhere? If it's Australia, then look up Australian Consumer Law - if there's a major fault they should offer to repair, replace or refund, but this isn't legal advice just some quick research on the ACCC website. Mention this to Samsun that should help out a lot!
Can you turn it off or will it always be on standby mode?
Yes with the buttons I'm quite sure you can hit "off"!
Im confused. What about the cpu? Does it need cpu to start?
No it's just a monitor - plug it into your laptop or computer

@@MarkieDstudios use my laptop speakers, or plug in speaker into my laptop. If you're not using a laptop to connect, see if the device has a 3.5mm jack to plugin speakers. Otherwise any monitor with 3.5mm/audio jack!
How's the Freesync on this monitor?

Yes, as mentioned in the video, Samsung replaced the monitor for me that's why it came like that! Hope this helps :)

If I understand what your talking about, it comes with a black plastic sticker that you put between the monitor and the stand to prevent them from rubbing against each other and degrading the plastic
Personally, I didn’t notice it till after I put the monitor together and unless you are consistently moving the monitor and disassembling and reassembling the monitor, i don’t think It matters much

The monitor advertises as Flicker free, but is it only flicker free when Eye Saver mode is enabled? That's where I get confused.
I don't believe so, pretty sure Flicker Free is always on. Eye Saver mode just stops blue light / makes the screen warmer (more orange) to help the eyes, that's it
Just bought 27th inch today but mine refresh rate is showing 60htz. I am wondering why not as advertised
Adjust in settings, or otherwise you may need a different cable, some can only do 60hz. And check your pc input can handle it too
