Akane was endorsed by Sakae Drums until they went out of business. Amazing drums. Her red and pink sparkle kit you see in many videos are Sakae Almighty Maple. She also played Canopus drums for a while. Also great drums. Saiki’s Sennheiser mic was MISA’s microphone from singing for her previous band. Miku uses it now.
It didn't have anything to do with people doubting them, most of the doubter where non japanese people not familiar with the rock scene in Japan and I doubt Band-Maid noticed them at that time especially since by that time they only performed in Japan, They just used to do covers for fun and at the same time to promote the band.
