I'm not a guitar player, I don't know what a Morley is and will never use one... but man I love watching this splendid young lady playing and talking 🙏 Kanami you are a blessing
Get a cheap guitar and a cheap wah and a cheap fuzz or distortion pedal and you'll be able to similar stuff. 200 bucks would be more then enough to get you there. Cheapest guitar I have that sounds good with a wah and distortion combo was 90 bucks. I think you can score an ibanez or epiphone for that sorta money. For the pedal, get a cuvave and/or Boss DS1 and for a wah get a used dunlop GC95. Should have some money left for a cheap amp but you can also get some (pirated) music software that should help you on your way (i use mixcraft for this type of thing). Tune the guitar in open tuning and just strum while wah-ing the neighbours awake all night.
Japan has the second largest music industry in the world after the US. Japanese musicians are really talented and most play more than one instrument. Kanami played the piano for 15 years and the guitar for 8. She’s a certified BOSS!
She is an incredible salesperson. She seems to really enjoy the gear she endorses. Kanami’s knowledge in discussing the pedals is indisputable . She’s a true guitar geek. Much respect to the little professor. Also, Mincho has cool shoes, like cute maid stompers.🥰

It's always just a bit sad to hear how excited they were for Budokan. I know they will play there some day. Kanami is such an intelligent, talented, and sweet woman. I have nothing but love and respect for her and all of Band-Maid. Looking forward to their 2024 album.
I had a Morley power wah 40 years ago. It was a great chrome beast but was far better than the cry baby I had before it. Glad to see they are still around and being used by such a talented guitar player ! Kanami is such a sweet person who brings so much joy into the world ! Keep on rocking beautiful lady 😍
She is absolutely Beautiful & Greatest female guitar player today , only one I can compare her to is HAL - CA , different styles but both very professional !
Kanami is so well spoken and charming, she’s an ideal spokesman for any music product. Kanami playing every pedal was gratuitous and not necessary, but I love watching and hearing Kanami play as much as possible. Kanami knocked this out of the park, as she is lovely and her level of appeal is of the chart. Watching Band Maid play Budakon is a goal.
For them to play an arena like that, they'll need to increase their domestic fan base. As impressive as they are, they're a western-sounding band in an eastern country. They have an unfortunate ceiling they'll need to break through to become bigger.

I literally just ordered the 20/20 wah lock last week! Mainley because Kanami snd Tremonti use Morely. My 1st wah pedal thats not a cry baby in over 20 years! I'm assuming that the 2 she talks about at the end are her favourite ones so its cool I got one of those 😀🤟

I own the Power Wah Volume (the yellow one) and I can agree with Kanami, It is really compact and fits on my board and It has the two essentials for sound shaping.

Kanami could be reading the weather report for the Arctic Circle and I would still find it more interesting than anything else because of her voice alone. If she didn't have such a massive girl-crush on Saiki, I would do everything in my power to date her. lol
