trying to also swap out my exhaust but I believe I'm missing the piece that the front pipe connects to the catalytic converter. It is the triangular shaped piece, pls bare with me xD can someone tell me what or where I can find it? Thanksssss
It's always nice when a plan comes together. I replaced the exhaust on my Suburban. Had two broken off bolts that I had to drill & retap and a sliced finger. At least you had no bloodshed.
I have a 2011 civic LX and I am looking to get an exhaust. I was just offered on eBay by the seller to get the one he is selling for $370. Exactly like yours. I think I need to jump on that deal.
No that's a great question! But, nope. The company welded all the pieces that need it prior to shipping, so all you have to do is what I did in the video! They make it easy for us :)
I plan on putting this exhaust on my car soon. A couple of questions, how long did the install take you? And did you need to order any other pieces or anything to go with it? Or does it all come with the exhaust. Thank you.
It took me around 3 hours to do it by myself. If you have a friend or anyone to help, it will be easier and faster. Nope, everything came with the exhaust system: - 3 piece exhaust - Bolts & Nuts - Washers You shouldn’t need anything else, but having the equipment I used in the video might help. Like the impact drill, breaker bar, etc.
Did you cut your hair to look more like a Vet when you went to Luke AFB? lmao Just kidding but you do look more like your first vids from Qatar ... looking good! 🤗🤗🤗
just ordered this kit for my 2013 ilx. hopefully it sounds as great as the videos seem to make it. I already have a catless downpipe and takeda cai so im sure the combination of them all will be nice
@@MarcusFerguson16 It wasn't a perfect fit, but it sounds great. I had to bring the resonator into a shop so they could bend it. I also cut the mufflers exhaust hangers off and welded them on backwards since they were too far forwards. Finally gave me a good enough reason to buy stainless welding rods though. Still was cheaper than a custom exhaust would've been.
@@Silver1080P Well I'm glad it sounds great despite the few hiccups! I've never welded before, but I would love to learn one day. I'm sure i'll end up needing to know how to weld one day when I encounter a similar situation in the future! You have any recommendations on where to start?
Yonaka claims the exhaust doesn’t fit on the 4door sedan is there any fabrication involved in getting this to fit I want to put one on my 4 door 1.8 8th gen
I mean I have an 8th gen 4-door sedan and I didn't have any issues. The only thing is I didn't use the "washer" or "spacer" (not sure what it's called) @11:20. But besides that, it fits fine.
@@MarcusFerguson16 thank you, also apon further look there is actually a kit for the 4 door chassis and for the 2 door chassis and i was looking at the 2 door version lol just a huge brain fart on my end.
I didn't know I needed this until watching this video. 👍👍👍
😄I love to hear it!

That’s true! It was a pretty smooth install!
Dang! I’m sorry to hear that! Unfortunately we have to deal with issues like that sometimes 🤦🏽♂️

Yeah that’s a good deal! You might want to jump on that!
I prolly sound ignorant asking this but you don’t have to weld anything?

I didn't know anything either! Just watch some RUclips videos for ideas on what you want to upgrade and take it step by step.
I have an automatic Honda civic 1.8L lx and wanted to know if I should tune it and put a down pipe and a muffler delete

@@jacobboden5007 Perfect! You’ll have no issues then! 🙌🏽
If it's rust days.....
Spray it with soapy water, and it should slide right in. we make exhaust for Honda. we use a lubricant and place them on by hand
How loud is it on the road?
Its not obnoxiously loud. It's like a low hum.

😂🤣😂 thank you! Yeah it was too much work maintaining my long hair and the summer heat was too much lol
