I personally find psychological horror to be vastly more terrifying than monstrous abominations or jump scare tactics. So Dredge pulling you kicking and screaming into his void of a body, and the Unknown's origin and purpose being a mystery, down right terrify me.
yes, this here is how I feel. I am personally scared of legion because the entity made four(threeish cuz Frank) normal people kill, two who had lives and one who had a whole life plan. Nothing bad happened they just did it
The Dreadg is probably more powerful than the Unknown on account of it not having a body the unknown does and being understood and defined is its weakness but the Dredge is neither alive nor dead it just is and the fact it has a whole world for torment is downright terrifying to think about if one ever encounters it.
@TheHQZombie I despise Reddit and have never used the platform. For you, my opinions mean nothing, but my opinions are valued by my friends and loved ones nonetheless.
It depends on what you’re afraid of. I’m not afraid of clowns but if I was he’d be terrifying. The only scary thing in the game is my own survivor gameplay. I’m cheeks
I think Clown wins the “Scariest Inspiration” for me considering he was based on someone who was basically exactly like him in real life. John Wayne Gacy (I believe that’s how it’s spelled) was the _real life_ Killer Clown, going around to _children’s birthday parties_ before *abducting, torturing, violating, and finally EATING* his victims. His last meal request? An eight year old boy.
For design, it's the unknown but for gameplay it's definitely Michael Myers. Having a tombstone add-on with perks that remove your terror radius turns the game into an actual horror movie. Being stalked from far away, constantly having to check over your shoulder, not knowing where he might pop out from and the fact that he instantly kills you are all terrifying.
Agreed, and so is Ghostface. In the movies, Ghostface doesn't scare me at all (supernatural horror is better at unnerving me for movies), but in DBD he and Myers are the only ones that get my heart rate up. I wish there was a way to choose what killers you go up against in public matches, I'd only ever play with Ghostfaces and Myers, lol. They are the most fun, and the most suspenseful!
I'd say for me it's either Myers or Sadako. Myers for the already mentioned reasons. Sadako because she likes to jumpscare even the person playing her! XD
@@angelapileggi6031 Or "blacklist" specific Killers that you absolutely loathe (to the point of facing them not actually being fun) so that you won't (or will be very unlikely to) be matched up against that particular Killer.
I think characters like Clown, Legion, and Ghostface are a little more scary because they are partially based on real serial killers. Like, legitimately, it's scary to think about evil people like that getting free reign to do whatever they want.
@@mudkipajm About some Chinese or Japanese doctor who took kids with screen addictions and tested on them whatever he wanted with no regard for how they turned out at the end of his procedure. I'm unsure how many lived, but I'm pretty sure most of his victims were killed. That I am unsure of though
Unknown takes the cake for scariest bar none. -Twisted abomination of unknown origins. -Incredibly strong and agile -Inhuman, therefore impossible to reason with, bargain with or understand and predict. -Mimics voices to lure you. -Can seemingly instantly teleport to places near you (shown out of the game through its bios where it just appears inside the Olivia's bathroom). -Will likely brutalize you rather than kill you quick, then goes on to wear your skin/body. That thing, the nameless legend
What's crazy about Vecna planning to usurp the Entity is he might actually be capable of it. Vecna is a character who has had a few iterations in DnD lore across different realities but basically every one of them eventually ascends to godhood.
Yep, Vecna’s two defining traits are his endless knowledge and his endless ambition. The Entity likely couldn’t comprehend Vecna’s long game. The Entity is a cosmic being so removed from mortal reality that emotions are a food source, rather than something to be read and used. I don’t think it would see Vecna’s usurpation coming. It wouldn’t be the first time Vecna has stricken up at gods and won.
@@cyberizeddm1179If the entity didn't understand this stuff it wouldn't be able to tweak the trials to maximize the amount of emotion it gains, nor could it manipulate the amount of killers it has. It has already does a lot of things to curb the ambitions of killers and survivors who try to be clever, so it would be working from the start to ensure Vecna can't enact any sort of plot.
@@highlordlaughterofcanada8685 and besides, the entity would surely know about vecna's abilities and nerf them or prepare for anything out of the ordinary

I'd definitly put them at the top two with Vecna as 3rd, I mean Vecna is the most powerfull he's a god of death, but he can be reasoned with or negotiated with, not easy but you can. Dredge and Unknowen are just so abstract that the concept of trying to reason with them simply isn't there.
Whether you notice him staring at you while doing a gen or he's chasing you down Myers absolutely terrifies me. Just something about that white mask and dead eyes.
@@lemonlime8949he is, no one will ever know he killed you even though your body is dressed up like a doll with fancy crap. He used said screams for music, you thought he was safe, no one would Belive you if you got away in fact you'd go to jail. Also he's fucked up so there's no negotiating.
Another thing I would have liked mentioned when talking about Trapper is how he behaves in the trailers. In the 2016 launchtrailer the current trailer and the one for Nicolas Cage we see multiple times how he takes his time playing with his victims because he knows he will get them, he doesn't need to hurry which shows how confident he is. This is also observable ingame how he doesn't even run he just walks fast and in the description Benedikt Baker gave him, how he purposely approaches trapped victims with loud footsteps to scare them.
My head canon is that The Entity from DBD is The Narrator from Naughty Bear. In fact, I believe that The Narrator was always The Entity. Since both games were made by the same people I think this is possible.
That would make sense...The Narrator did push N.Bear for more violence in the games! Maybe he influenced N.Bear like he influenced Spirit father and Plague.
What I find scary about pyramid head is he is unstoppable. Silent hill changes the way it looks depending on the person who ends up their. Pyramid head was meant to hunt James and James ALONE. Yet when James left silent hill, pyramid head has served his propose and it was time to disappear, BUT IT DIDN'T DISAPPEAR. Silent hill COULD NOT GET RID OF PYRAMID HEAD. So now we have this unstoppable monster that has outlived it propose just wandering silent hill.
To be fair, I doubt it's a case of couldn't get rid of him, but more likely a case of choosing to let him continue. The spirit of Silent Hill is a real mystery, after all
@@Phleg I don't think that is the case. Because if silent hill still wanted to use him, you would see him in every game after silent hill 2 but you don't. Instead you get randomly find him in the other games, almost as if silent hill has no control over him and he is just wandering randomly with no purpose.
@@Phleg Ah yes homecoming. Where pyramid head shows up out of nowhere, sees someone is here and they leaves them alone and walks away never to be seen again. If silent hill had control over pyramid head, it would of had him do something. Ironically that scene in homecoming PROVES MY POINT. Pyramid head is just wandering around silent hill without a purpose and silent hill can't do anything about it.
Hm? Wow, now that's an interesting interpretation of his character. I like that idea. A entity born to inflict punishment meant to disappear after it's duty was served and yet it remains... Perhaps it's role is not yet over.
I really wish that Hunk had his own voice lines, maybe we’d be able to see a little more into what he’s thinking about this whole thing. If he can’t have a voice of his own, I almost wish they would’ve left him completely silent, I think that would honestly make him scarier.
I beg to differ with Xenomorph considering that if you’ve played Alien: Isolation, you KNOW how terrifying running for your life is from the Xenomorphs and also the fact that one chestburster that grew into a Xeno doomed the entire Sevastopol Station with Ripley being *the only survivor*
The worst thing in Alien Isolation is the fact you can't run, you just cannot, he will catch you, he will kill you If he sees you, u can run but you'll be dead If he doesn't, you can try to run, but you cannot really "run", you just pray and slowly go away while crouching, because if u run, he'll hear you.
I think you hit the nail on the head with Legion. I often see people saying that Legion are not scary at all as it’s “ Just teenagers with knives “, but that is the exact type of horror they are meant to represent; realism horror. There’s not anything supernatural like Dredge or something shocking and horrific like Wraith crushing his boss in a car compactor. They’re not even especially complex characters, just average people that bonded over the shared desire to cause chaos. It doesn’t take more than a resentment for the world for a real person to be like the Legion, and that’s the horror they’re meant to invoke; everywhere you go, there _could_ be someone like the Legion. Their broad character(s) and motives make them easily applicable to just about anyone. Someone like them could be all around you and you’d be none the wiser as, from a first glance, they are “ just normal people “. You’re afraid of something like The Unknown because it’s a mysterious and horrifying creature that hunts down those who try to make sense of it. You’re afraid of someone like The Trapper because he’s an imposing and infamous killer responsible for the death of a whole mine’s worth of people. But you’re afraid of The Legion because you never know when they are and aren’t there, nor who is and isn’t part of them.
Its strange but I personally find trickster to be scarier than most. He reminds me of all those horror stories of celebrities that use their power for their own evil gain but pushed to the limit
Fr? You wouldn't be scared with a giant bear with a blade chasing you It's a teddy bear yes, but it's big enough to carry you with one hand. Also he can kill in every way possible
No matter the killer, they’d all be scary if you were a survivor in the game. Even Legion or Trickster could be scary because of their absurd strength from the entity.
Scariest killer is usually Meg on your team. But Vecna is a good bet. In D&D he's a moral who ascended into godhood. That's quite something on its own.
Artist is scariest to me, because back in 2016-2019, I would have these awful nightmares where I would see a cretaure that looked similar to her, bird like, a beak for a nose and mouth, (later it appeared as if she ripped her beak off and sewed her nose and mouth shut), bleeding eyes, and feather looking hair. I even saw her during sleep paralysis behind my dresser, at the foot of my bed, or in the corner of the room. My family has history of witchcraft and dark magic, so I really do believe I had an evil attachment. After I bought a bunch of Buddhist trinkets and medallions, I had a dream where I pushed her off a cliff into the ocean. I never saw her again, but before she went under she warned me something worse than her would come.
I am a fellow small DBD youtuber and I just love seeing people actually cover the lore of the characters, helps me to understand and love these characters more. Great video overall
Also, with Trickster, he likely has millions of fans across the world, many of them likely have merchandise of him. And the thought of a serial killer both having merchandise to buy, and that people most likely have bought it, is equally disturbing.
For the were-elk, I still have my own personal theory that it's her father and thats also how here mother died was because of unfortunate timing with him
Doctor. Theres something scary about people who you think are there to take care of you, who you give up your autonomy to just for them to torture you for fun
That’s what I’m thinking. He is the scariest killer because he doesn’t just kill, he tortures his victims into insanity. Most killers would just kill you quickly.
Even as a kid Myers never scared me in the movies, but in dbd even after all these years i still get a small panic attack when i look behind me while doing a gen and he's just standing there, and also wesker's grab is a little jumpscare if youre not looking at him
I love stealth killers but I’ll tell you this: most people were really scared of my dredge. I understand why. One moment you see a teammate getting hooked on the other side of the map, the other moment dredge is rushing out of a locker near you and immediately in chase with you.
first video I’ve watched of urs and really enjoyed. I honestly felt like a kid again getting to hear bedtime stories that was honestly the immersive atmosphere u created in the video. Such intriguing and thought-provoking perspectives of the killers to think of and ponder upon.. really enjoyed the suspense towards the scariest killer too. The Unknown? Interesting choice. I would’ve easily chosen the pig or were-elk personally but I respect it. However bubba, billy and trickster’s lore makes them very scary too which i can agree with u on. Cool video overall. 👍
A tall latino dommy mommy in tight or revealing clothes? Oh no, that's so scary. 😱 -The scariest thing about Skully is the boner she gives me and the stupid f*cking silver mask-
What I really like about this video is how the collab characters are described, like Hunk and the Titans, you don't take them out of the dbd world when describing them and I think that's so thoughtful and immersive, if that makes sense
They are both scary and... Like goofy? Like, yeah, a kid covered in blood running at u is scary as fuck, but I always chuckle when I hear Victor run somewhere close to me, it's just a little silly gremlin XD
In the Resident Evil manwha, the Nemesis is actually revealed to be a former boxer that, after suffering a devastating loss in the arena that leaves him physically broken, is approached by Umbrella executives who essentially propose that he take part in medical trials. He is told that the trials are essentially for helping people like him, and Umbrella would even sweeten the deal by paying him a large sum of cash. He agrees, because even if he doesn't get to box again, at least his kid wouldn't have to worry about paying for college. He wakes up, feeling... odd. He reaches to touch his face, but it feels different. Almost like... Growing pains. The scientists don't look at him, and that's all he needs to see to know what's happened. He's not boxing anymore. He passes out from the pain. He come to, seeing a pair of familiar faces. His wife and daughter, tied to a pair of chairs. The Umbrella executive, the bald bastard, a giant shiteating grin on his face. His wife and daughter beg for mercy, but the Executive simply draws a hypodermic needle. The boxer watches as his daughter and wife, whom he only ever wanted to provide the best possible lives, turn into zombies and are euthanized. He lunges for the Executive, but can't reach him. And then he loses consciousness. The manwha is cool, Nemesis fights Birkin.
I honestly find Doctor the most scariest. With his Lore and pure evilness, its a scary thought of his experimentation that he did to patients for his own personal goals.
I think the only thing holding the Unknown back from being the scariest killer for me is the silliness of its giant pink esophogus gun...to put it politely.
Vecna is also depending on time and domain, a demigod. Also, its not like this is Vecna's first time entering a dark domain governed by an omnipresent dark entity x,D... I mean, he was actually imprisoned in a demiplane of shadow and imprisonement, then eventually broke out, proceeding to reshape the cosmos and multiverse for a good while before being stopped. And then as Vecna always does, he came back, again, in his current form their using for 5th ed dnd, and thats the model they used for dbd as well. So like, it makes total sense that Vecna is not only not concerned about the entity, but also likely isnt even impressed, just sees another possible tool.
The ferryman skin, in greek myth, is the son of Nyx, Goddess of Night, which makes The ferryman, or Charon, a child of the primordial gods and is therefore immensely powerful, thus i would be very scared if he rocked up in my trial.
It's easy to say that some are scarier than others, but if we were in the trials, we'd all be scared regardless of which killer is present. You're being hunted by a killer and can't fight back in any meaningful way, just delay them while you try to escape.
@@Steve_V_Raglan Idk, I guess a 6ft 8 year old that cuts off your face, wears you like a mask and eats the rest of you seems a bit more frightening to me than the Freebird guitar solo on legs.
Michael with his blank ghost white face and heavy breathing just stalking people and taking enjoyment in murdering them will always be the most terrifying.
I feel like nemesis should be higher just because of the fact that he is designed to never stop coming for you until you die. Having that constant presence chasing you is what would scare me the most personally.
I still get the heebie jeebies whenever I'm being chased by The Alien. There's just something about the animalistic, predatory movement when it's crawling.
When it comes to trickster, while it's not murder, I always think of the real world incident that happened in Korea called 'Burning Sun' I think it was a whole bunch of difference kpop idols from different groups who were drugging women and basically selling them to important people who came to this club one of them owned. They were event beating men half to death in the streets for trying to uncover what was going on. I watched a video on it from Rotten Mango. It was a while back though so some of my details may be off, but I suggest giving it a watch. I think in the end the place got shut down, but the idols involved only got a slap on the wrist for it.
I find the entity the scariest. It’s this massive *thing* that can take people across time and space and bring them to one place, trying to survive against their greatest fears and monsters just for The Entity to feel something.
Honestly if I were to pick which one I'd least wanna be trapped in a room with, its a x way tie between Clown (you just know he likes torture), Trickster (Likes torture), Unknown (who knows what it likes or will do), Knight (def will torture you), and Doctor because he will absolutely torture you
All of the killers are 5x scarier when they're permanently undetectable. It doesn't really matter their actual look or ability, the overall power of unexpectedly getting ambushed by someone that wants to slaughter you is innately much scarier than the default DBD. It's why Myers Tier 1 with Scratched mirror is the king of jumpscare, and gets tons of praise for it. There was a bug once with Tier 2 Tinkerer after its update from an add-on buffing perk to a stealth perk, which caused the effect to be permanent once it activated. It lasted about a month before being fixed and was before "Killswitching" was set up. I had so many people tell me after game that I made them jump and they had a great time against killers like Hag, Trapper, and Freddy. Killers that are normally not so scary because you see them coming miles away due to terror radius and the red stain. Removing both mechanics makes the game MUCH more of a horror game, but it also overall makes it more stressful for survivors to play. They have to pay much closer attention when it's like that.
For me its pinhead cause he take you back to hell where youll be tortured for all eternity in ways you cant even imagine, a fate worse than being in the entities realm cause at least theres a chance you can escape/survive like several characters in the lore managed to do like the observer/vigo etc
Pretty spot on. My top 5 scariest is Unknown, Doctor, Dredgie, Oni, and Were elk. Unknown and were elk have the same fear factor of mimicking humans, making you believe you might have found another person, only to be trapped by them. Dredgie and Oni are just horrifying. And Doctor really embodies just how scary humans can be
Personally, I would have added dredge up with the unknown. It’s a universe of its own much like the entity, but probably not as refined as it. Nonetheless, once inside it, I don’t think you can escape it.
I’m curious, are survivors brought here to be in an everlasting loop of pain and torture? Meaning when they are sacrificed, they’re brought back to another trial to survive and be tortured once more, or do they just fully die and disappear from the realm?
I feel like eddie is kinda underated as a scary character, most of his fear factor is how many things he can be, he can be depicted as a simple legion style killer, to an actual storm, from a simple samurai to actually controling the devil, a space bounty hunter and an abstract horror
Could you make a video on what survivors you think die in their cinematic intros? Like how Dwight gets caught by trapper, or when Dredge is behind Haddie, and so on
Good video. First things first, feedback. I agree somewhat with all of what you said though I was surprised by alot of the placements. This is probably pretty normal considering how fear is subjective. I'll just list what I was thinking. First thing that admittedly bugged me somewhat was the Alien being so low. The Xenomorph... I can understand why it was placed so low honestly. It's threat level on a planetary level is rather low compared to other entities of god levels of power such as dredge, pyramid head, and others and it seems like you were basing the fear ranking more so off the story and backstory/lore. Which the Xenomorph sorta lacks. Still I feel it should have been one level higher, and for mainly one reason. Having watched the first movie recently and being a avid alien isolation fan. Sure the Xenomorph isn't that scary on paper. But in practice. It's an nearly unstoppable killing machine. A organism is unrivaled hostility. Being hunted by it is undoubtedly terrifying and you can never really know when it'll strike or when your next. In most ways, the fear is nearly apocalyptical, as you really will find yourself feeling like there's nothing you can do against it. No matter how hard you try or what you die. It will kill, it will hunt, and you will find yourself dead or minutes away from death. That d*mn creature walking around with it's thudding footsteps and the sound of it's tail dragging against the ground... From experience, I'd atleast rank it as Extremely scary. Considering that the experience I had was in a game, I can't imagine how blood curdling and spine chilling seeing and facing that "thing" would feel in reality. I understand that's it's threat level is low compared to like the dredge or pyramid head... and other otherworldly entities. Still I'd atleast rank it as scarier than Birkin. Not because Birkin isn't scary, it's just if I had to compare my experiences with both from their respective games. Birkin felt like a threat... but that wasn't particularly scary even if he was disturbing. While the Xenomorph's Alien Isolation genuinely took me years of improving my fear resistance to even beat the game on it's recommenced difficulty. I had to do multiple playthroughs just to stomach it and beat it once. As for others, nothing else really came to mind except one who I thought was criminally low. The Cenobite. I don't know much about them admittedly. I do know they are all about torture and pain. (And pleasure? ugh...) Anyway, a creature that intentionally tortures you, just to inflict hellish pain on you. I don't understand how that isn't atleast at Extremely scary from that alone. And considering that if I recall directly, his mori is to send you directly to his realm... out of the entities realm... where he presumably proceeds to torture you for all eternity... It shows a higher level of threat than most other killers here and the prospect of suffering eternal suffering and agony... makes my blood run cold. I'd rank him as terrifying at bare minimum if not way higher. The idea of that would directly give me nightmares if it weren't for the fact that I don't get nightmares very easily. Anyway, other than finding these two to be way off, and others to be a little strange being so high or so low, I don't think I have any problems with those so good video again. Now, just to specify, I'm not complaining, after all, fear is subjective and I'd be stupid for me to consider everyone to think of this the same way I do. I'm just sharing what I think. Thanks for the video and have a great day. And if anybody else doesn't mind, considering you might have taken the time to read all of this, why don't you share what you think about the placements?
I absolutely love Unknown as a killer, his design and mystery actually scare me. "Obviously when assesing any future threats, there is that which we know and that which we don't know. But it is always that which we don't know we don't know, that poses the greatest danger"- Harry (Rainbow 6 Seige)
For me its the Blight. Let me remind you, I'm a 5'1 17-year-old girl who has asthma and can barely run. he's going to get me in an instant!!!!! Also, his design is creepy too. especially his mouth. in addition, his Mori is sticking that serum into you and popping you like a balloon, like no thank you. I would rather die by MICHEAL MYERS HIMSELF than take the blight.
Fun fact, the Minotaur and Billy are even more alike, as they were both meant to have names, but then raised as nameless monsters. I don't think Billy's real name was ever definitely confirmed, but the Minotaur's real name was Asterius.
I think for the aspect of a killer who is beyond our knowledge i agree unknown or dredge takes it easily maybe demo too, but for those that represent humanity id have to give this to knight or doctor as they represent what humanity is when there is no humanity left
The scariest is the main player, knowing that each killer torments the survivors willingly or forcefully and yet controls them to be tormented, with the upgrades giving them more hope or torment in a hopeless situation with the killers/survivors having their memories wiped after each match whilst the player the opposite
I love this list. I only have a singular gripe; Deathslinger got his nickname due to the number of disembowelments the early models of Speargun caused. Not just because of his brutality. Either way; an amazing video as always. There's not a single placement on the list I disagree with.
Every killer is scary when you first come across them HOWEVER my big twisted toddler unknown is my type of horror. Unknown creature, body horror, legends. It's a great design and love him so much. I'm a Jake main but he's my go to killer
Exactly like coordinating saves. Telling people how to be punter some killers and telling people where j am or where im looping or to let me know if they are bringing the killer to a location would help a lot. It would mean the best players can guide the new players to perform well and at least have a chance. If you play solo Que you know you’re lucky to get past 3 gens but getting the exit gates or even more than 2 out is so rare it feels like it happened once every 25 games.
Honestly I say legion is least scary. Compared to everyone else they're just a teenager with a knife. Which is scary sure, but also I think I could maybe beat em 1 on 1 like in the trials. Would be scarier if like in the trailer they could pretend to be a survivor. I was really hopin for somethin like that when the unknown was revealed
I believe once castlevania comes out Dracula will own the spot of scariest and for a number of reasons. 1. Dracula is not a regular vampire, although vampires of themselves are terrifying, he is the chosen dark lord of Chaos, meaning he can’t be ‘killed’ by regular means & even if he is, will resurrect after 100 years, meaning even if you ‘win,’ he will hunt down your entire bloodline. 2. Dracula doesn’t just kill humans, he doesn’t even necessarily want to, he’s not one to coop them up as cattle either, after the death of his second wife, he decides to exterminate the entirety of the human race, in a mercy for the world overall as he finds humans profoundly evil, manipulators & vile creatures to walk the earth, so he vows to cleanse it, making no room to spare humanity for any reason whatsoever, he sheds no tears for the despair of the entire race. 3. So Dracula doesn’t just want to feed a bloodlust, nor is he an escapable presence, but ontop of that, IF you get killed by him or his hordes, your body is then taken to be reanimated by his forgemasters to become an evil, demonic ‘night creature’ loyal to Dracula’s empires goals to seek out the end of humanity. So if you die trying to protect your family, odds are you’ll be recreated through necromantic hell magic to kill them as a demon, and as seen in nocturne, they still possess some memories of who they are, still being forcibly controlled by forgemasters so you could see your families faces as you destroy and maul on them as a monster of the dark lord.
Myers, Pinhead, and Pyramid Head are the most terrifying/creepiest to me. They just suddenly showed up in the realm and decided to stay. Like, they're literally just there, staring, menacingly. Afaik, they literally just do whatever they want and are not really controlled by the entity. It just so happens that what they want to do at the moment suits what the entity wants. Imagine the chaos and horror they can create should they just go "fck everything and everyone"
As much as The Huntress scares me, I really feel for her character n sympathize with her loss n find it really heartwarming how she hums as a way to not only remember her mother but to maybe even calm the survivors in a motherly way which I see as her trying to let the survivors be more calm through her humming so they don't fear her so much as she's forced to hunt them down n kill them. It's almost like she wants to be a motherly figure for the survivors n calm them down despite the Entity forcing her to hunt them down.
Idea for reworking Legion: Give them the ability to "fix generators". Treat them like Among Us Impostors. Let them interact with the gens to give the illusion of being an ally. For players that know about this, it's a moment of hesitation every time they see someone on a gen alone. For those that don't know, it's a false sense of security. Cause their Terror radius to hit zero. Only Aura-reveals show the truth.
All good changes that would counter every complaint survivors have. If they are getting slugged or camped instead of that being gg or being basically impossible to stop they can tell their team what the killer is doing and play around that. And as time goes on the playstyles and balance of the game will account for that where as now it doesn’t and so it’s like 2 different games from solo que to swf.

We're built different broo I'd be kicking my feet giggling.
That's how I play Myers lol.
@sandraswan9008 Out of all my hours I haven't had every single myers play him that exact way
Agreed, and so is Ghostface.
XD

I think characters like Clown, Legion, and Ghostface are a little more scary because they are partially based on real serial killers. Like, legitimately, it's scary to think about evil people like that getting free reign to do whatever they want.
Doctor is also based on a real person
@@soupspeaker Who is Doctor based on? I'm curious.

Unknown takes the cake for scariest bar none.
-Twisted abomination of unknown origins.
-Incredibly strong and agile
-Inhuman, therefore impossible to reason with, bargain with or understand and predict.

The spirit of Silent Hill is a real mystery, after all
@@Phleg
I don't think that is the case.
Because if silent hill still wanted to use him, you would see him in every game after silent hill 2 but you don't.
Instead you get randomly find him in the other games, almost as if silent hill has no control over him and he is just wandering randomly with no purpose.

I wish he had his own theme as his chase music..
“Where’s my extraction?”
He asks the Dwight on death hook calmly
I beg to differ with Xenomorph considering that if you’ve played Alien: Isolation, you KNOW how terrifying running for your life is from the Xenomorphs and also the fact that one chestburster that grew into a Xeno doomed the entire Sevastopol Station with Ripley being *the only survivor*
The worst thing in Alien Isolation is the fact you can't run, you just cannot, he will catch you, he will kill you
If he sees you, u can run but you'll be dead
If he doesn't, you can try to run, but you cannot really "run", you just pray and slowly go away while crouching, because if u run, he'll hear you.
Naughty Bear seems like something you'd be scared of as a small child. Still love him though. ❤

No matter the killer, they’d all be scary if you were a survivor in the game. Even Legion or Trickster could be scary because of their absurd strength from the entity.
hunk is shown in the re2 last survivor mission that he cared in some way about his teammates, telling his ride to leave him even if he could die.
That’s terrifying oh my god

I am a fellow small DBD youtuber and I just love seeing people actually cover the lore of the characters, helps me to understand and love these characters more. Great video overall
Also, with Trickster, he likely has millions of fans across the world, many of them likely have merchandise of him. And the thought of a serial killer both having merchandise to buy, and that people most likely have bought it, is equally disturbing.

I stumbled on your channel when I started getting back into the game and let me tell you I do not regret it. Amazing content!

I find Vecna to be the least terrifying in the game, He looks hilariously goofy ingame and just floats around and looks like skinny thanos
The doctor. His appearance, sound design, lore, everything about him is terrifying
They have to pay much closer attention when it's like that.
you keep showing up on my recommended and honestly i might just get the game so i can enjoy your vids more

As a Dredge main, I'm biased. But, I think he is the scariest. Unknown can have 2nd. I actually put HUX 3rd.
The Unknown's design reminds me of the artwork of Trevor Henderson.
Love that video how about a video with survivors least to most scariest?
Spoiler: #1 is bunny Feng with background
A stuffed bear being scarier than the trickster and skull merchant LMAOOO😭
Trickster gameplay in the background hurt like hell
I’m curious, are survivors brought here to be in an everlasting loop of pain and torture? Meaning when they are sacrificed, they’re brought back to another trial to survive and be tortured once more, or do they just fully die and disappear from the realm?
They get revived and mind wiped and eventually discarded into the Void.
Why do you need strength to kill cattle? Are you killing them with your hands? 💀
I feel like eddie is kinda underated as a scary character, most of his fear factor is how many things he can be, he can be depicted as a simple legion style killer, to an actual storm, from a simple samurai to actually controling the devil, a space bounty hunter and an abstract horror
Dredge and unknown are the most terrifying I’ve seen in my opinion.
Scariest thing is the firecrackers, flashlights, and any other blinding thing that survivors like to spam
Fun fact, the Minotaur and Billy are even more alike, as they were both meant to have names, but then raised as nameless monsters. I don't think Billy's real name was ever definitely confirmed, but the Minotaur's real name was Asterius.
Every time the phrase “dark manga” is mentioned my eyes roll so hard they risk coming out of my head.
Why though?
I feel like it will be pretty hard to beat the Unknown in terms of fear factor from now on in my opinion.
“Who is the scariest character to enter the entity’s realm?”
To me, an Ada with many prestiges and the coat skin ._.
so tryhards are scary to you
"Chucky is a little creepy"
Me when I face up against a Chucky: *boops his noes and slaps him*
2:35 damn Azhy, why are you running such an op build on Blight?
The scariest as the killer is a survivor with a flashlight as you’re picking someone up.
It's almost like she wants to be a motherly figure for the survivors n calm them down despite the Entity forcing her to hunt them down.
wesker being above the xenomorph or even above most of these killers is cracked. wesker is not scarier than nemesis no siree

@@NoxyNugYT And im tired (the word "tired" echoes)
