Unfortunately it wouldn't be likely. Xenomorphs as a species view anything and everything outside of their kind to be a threat to their survival. Which is why Xenomorphs are so merciless, it is a biological need to defend the hive. They also do hunt for food. So Demo would literally either be an enemy or food to the Xenomorphs. Or even worse, a new host, which the Xenomorphs are perfectly capable of doing since the Queen is around. The Entity might actually allow this to happen just to see the result of the hybrid made since Xenomorphs trick the host body into gestating it by stealing their DNA, thus traits of their host are present within the creature. I see it going two ways, the Xenos are probably kept in their own hive, away from everyone else due to their hard wired instincts. They would likely seek out other Killers and try to kill them or drag them back to impregnate them and grow the hive. Demo especially might be afraid of them, as if they fight, Demo would be severely damaged due to the acid blood, thus seeing attacking the Xenomorph as detrimental to itself. Note their blood can melt through hulls of spaceships, so Demo's flesh would immediately start to gooify once it inflicts a wound on a Xenomorph. This would force the Entity to isolate them from everyone else, because everyone else is seen as a potential host or a threat. The other way is that the Xenomorph would be allowed to impregnate the Demogorgon to see the resulting creature being made from it, however the Demo would immediately be brought back and taken away from the Xenomorphs after the hybrid is born.
I feel like the Entity would 100% try and seperate killers and survivors to make sure neither side conects with the other. Keep them divided, and they won't discover commonaities or unite against it. As for what they do, I don't think survivors do much, but I could see The Entity rewarding killers with more things to do if they obey it. Hell, it could even make a interesting side game. "Ok, Plague, you are pretty loyal to me, what do you want? A temple? sure, I can make a temple. Do you want a ritualistic sacrifice table? neat." "Wekser, I gave you a lab last month, but I SEE you trying to make a bio weapon to kill me with. Lab privaliages are revoked untill you know better."

Agreed. Some of the killers are known to not see the survivors correctly like Deathslinger and instead see them as their enemies or people who deserve to die. For some killers like Wraith and Carmina this would have to also hold true. Even if their memories are wiped and they get rewarded with the same thing, ignorance is bliss sometimes.
What if the Legion kids hang out with the survivors between trials? Take off their masks and blend in, talking, joking, learning the survivors secrets.
Ive seen people make drawings that imply all the trials are horror movies and survivors and killers are both goofing off with each other. Blooper reels, trying to get makeup and outfits organized, that sort of thing. (I guess that makes the entity more of a "god of horror films" than "eldritch interdimensional spider god"

@@stinkoman2x6 This! I was running as Rebekah Chambers one night, and realized, while I was fixing a gen, I was up against a Wesker. Well, rather than grab me off the gen, he stopped and stood there a while watching me, then ran off. I finished that gen and went to find another, which a Yun Jin was repairing. Same thing happened, he shows up at the gen, walks past me and goes after the Yun Jin, who'd jumped off and ran. This happened a couple more times, till he'd killed everyone else, then opened the gate and let me escape. He spared me, but also used me as a decoy for the other Survivors, probably the most Wesker-like thing I'd seen someone do in DbD.
I feel like Nic meeting Ash would be awkward at first for sure. Especially because he'd likely recognize Ash as Bruce Campbell at first. I think that would be a funny interaction though.
I like the Wreck It Ralph type idea where they all have a very modernized building where survivors and killers hang out. (Yes, I know that's not lore accurate, but it's fun)
@AZHYMOVS I mean, having 1 house for all could lead to some interesting and (for the entity) emotional interactions, like deathslinger in awe of the R.E. character's or ashe's weapons, and/or trickster and Ghostface teaching the legion to be better killers, with Trickster focusing on cover up and style, and ghosty focusing on planning and evasion. Perhaps Victor runs around kicking the serviviors in the shins. Alan and mechala would definitely share story writing tips.

Could you imagine if the Killers and Survivors are just forced to get along when not in a trial. Like, The Doctor has to be an actually doctor and assist survivors when he’s not “working” in a trial.
This is precisely why I miss the old Benedict Baker lore pieces that use to come for every new character. The way he would describe their body language made them feel more real and offered simple insight into how they would impact the trials. The last chapter that did this was Curtain Call if I remember correctly. All of his entries were just great reads too to be honest. P.S. - I wonder which survivor is tasked with getting more seating logs for new arrivals. It must be scary having to drag a heavy thing through the woods all the way back to the safety of the campfire. Thank you for the video. ❤
I have an incredibly stupid headcanon that Unknown is one of the more feared killers, one that even the more powerful ones keep their distance from...except Chucky. For some reason, and I have no explanation for this other than it being funny, I cannot escape the inner vision of Chucky vibing with Unknown, being completely oblivious to how horrifying and dangerous Unknown is, and...this somehow placates Unknown, who seems to be agitated when people try too hard to understand it. Because Chucky just kinda accepts Unknown as a weird thingy at face value, and doesn't think too much more about it, Unknown is like "Oh, okay cool" and is okay with Chucky hanging out, possibly even amused by the doll's company. And most of the other killers are gobsmacked at how Chucky can vibe with Unknown, and he's just like "Whaaaat? He's just a funny little guy like me!"

Its more like Chucky being a unique blend of "smart/strong willed/messed up enough to not be freaked out by Unknown simply due to its looks" and "dumb/shallow enough to not think too hard about what Unknown IS or represents". "Force of Nature" style Killers (Pyramid Head, Sadako, Pinhead, Myers) would get the idea of how Unknown works and simply not interact with it on principle, while the likes of Hag and Demo would have some instinctive animalistic "Nope, fuck that" reaction. Intelligent and curious killers like Wesker, Doc and Blight (when he's Sober) would be at most risk for obvious reasons.
I could imagine Pyramid Head begins a killers anonymous using his trail things to ward of the entity, where killers can come to socialize while Kinght and Oni argue who has the biggest sword. And the unknown trying to understand why he cant kill pyramid head, Nurse trying to heal Plague and the huntress taking care of the onyoro. And chucky and wesker having a conversation about immortality
The only other possible killer relationship that i can think of while unlikely i could see the pig and Deathslinger tinkering on new inventions or just working on their respective equipment together, especially since amanda seems to be very reliant on having some kind of metor figure
It's also suggested in the lore that hillbilly works with mechanics and may have built the generators so there's also quite very slim chance hillbilly and deathslinger just be chillin
I imagine nemesis just standing outside the campfire waiting for the resident evil characters to step a little bit too far away from the fire even though hes like 8ft and is probably easily spotted
Ash williams and sable in their voice lines have deconfirmed the memory wipe after death, there may be other examples from other characters voice lines that do so as well. This being ash’s “after i specifically asked not to be impaled through the chest” and sable’s “death isnt what i expected” which if their memory was completely wiped to the point of them entering the fog they would have no thought of dying or being impaled through the chest. Its also no accident that they made these loading in voice lines and had just died and brought back to the campfire.
i know it won’t happen, but i think it would be sick to get little limited time events to do with cosmetics releasing based on this idea of the killers being sent to go return survivors to the campfire. ie. you play as wraith sent to go return jane, jake, vittorio, and sable from some other location in the fog. we get a new limited time map (kind of like the void), and the survivors have a unique objective that isn’t to do with generators because it isn’t technically a trial, and players are rewarded with some themed cosmetics to do with that little area.
Or don't lock content behind limited-time events and just have it available all the time instead of promoting a scummy business tactic. This is called a perceived time pressure and would just be monitized so you could just pay for it instead of earning it. It's a scummy psychological tactic.

I like to think that the killers usually avoid the campfire because there the survivors fight back. Ghostface might be the Entity's favorite, but as just a man he'd get his ass kicked by Chris, Bill, or the other combat tested characters.

I think Plague would dislike most of the killers, especially the more monstrous ones. I can absolutely see the survivors, especially the more adventurous ones, grouping up to explore the fog, and i honestly think that they've probably constructed makeshift shacks or huts or something around the campfire, and the entity allows it because the more comfortable and happy they're allowed to be, the longer they last. I also think the cosmetics that aren't canon ones are just alternate universe versions of them, or straight up other characters that we just see as the regular survivors since the devs don't want to make like a hundred+ new characters for the cosmetics.
I firmly believe that the original trio of killers would get along with survivor Trapper has show regret and even tries to fight back against the entity; he probably only sees his role as killer as a job, nothing more Wraith a similar thing with him only killering because everything in this fog must Hillbilly, but only after some convincing, maybe Claudette will share his enthusiasm for farming
i always thought the reunion between yun jin and trickster would be interesting. i wouldn't expect trickster to immediately try to kill her, maybe they could talk.. like yun jin has only ever helped him before, and now she is no threat to exposing him

Just imagine how awesome a DBD show would be. Imagine the show being about what goes on when trials are over and we get to learn what the Killers and Survivors get up to in their free time. Could imagine Killers and Survivors being pretty good friends when they're not in the trials, could imagine them forming cliques depending on their interests or helping each other out with issues. Some wouldn't mind tagging along on exploratory trips into the multiple realms for weeks or months at a time before being recalled to the campfire so they could compete against each other again for the Entity's entertainment.
I feel like Claudette and Rebecca would be pretty good friends. They both have an interest in medicine and both have positive/supportive outlooks and attitudes. They could also bounce off each other really well with their respective teachable perks, all of them being about aiding the team and acting as support. Claudette being a self-taught botanist whose knowledge about medicinal plants and herbs has saved lives in the fog, and Rebecca being a trained field medic for STARS who would be used to preforming medical procedures in high-stress environments
2:30 About the memory loss, it must also be extremely depressing for Vittorio because he's the only original survivor to be able to remember everything, as per the description of Fogwise. He can tap into his memories during a trial. Btw I personally think Haddie, Elodie, Vittorio and Felix would all get along well, trying to find out more about the entity.
if there is ever gonna be a 2 killer mode i will be so sad that some of them won't interact with each other. this gave me an idea if both players choose legion during the load in where you see your character the legions highfive during it.
Oh and also, Jeff knows the legion, I guess they where friends before they all got taken. I think it would be interesting to see a video (with the non licensed charas) about the killer and survivor who know each other and how they would probably react in the moment they find out, that the other one is here Like Jeff and the Legion Yun-Jin and the Trickster Vittorio and the Knight etc (also in my headcanon, vittorio and talbot where friends or traveling companions before each of them became a part of the trials)
I like to think that when you prestige a character, that character you play is slowly becoming like vittorio and learning about the realm and slowly the memory wipe becomes not as effective (given your natural processes of getting perks and cosmetics) and become more experience. I saw this concept awhile ago when when you reach p100, that survivor gets a cosmetic where it’s a what if they were an observer essentially also at 10:25 they are in Vegas since aces cosmetic is called ace Vegas and is about him being very in debt and needing to go to his “gambling Mecca” it’s my favorite skin also
I like the idea of ghostface fanboying over the licensed killers. Ghostface excitedly showing michael or bubba pictures of people he's killed like "Aw man, you should've seen this guy! He was screaming so loud!"
I don’t know if some killers are movie characters in certain universes. Hillbilly is a horror movie slasher in the universe of the legion but I don’t know if the Texas chainsaw or Halloween movies exist in the universe of ghost face.

I like your idea that survivors are merely traversing the fog in order to find clothes or offerings and i think its probably more true than mine but i had always thought that the cosmetics were either the survivors from alternate universes or were completely different people being represented by someone they were similar to essentially showing the other people in the fog that arent unique enough to get their own names or backstories reduced to a claudette wearing their clothes or something
small team with yt called Radical Talent, they made a whole series of “Michael and Ghostface: Best Buds” where Michael is kind of coaching Ghostface making him better at killing. That’s how I see both of them together lol.
My favorite thing is when you have Leon selected as survivor and are in the main menu. He sits on one knee and checks around every now and then. I’ve only seen this on Leon but maybe others do this too
I like to think about how killers would interact with each other and that the Legendary killers are all their own characters, including Iron Maiden. Legion must be having a field day. Some killers would have to be contained tho, Myers, Xeno, Singularity, bc I don’t think the Entity would like his killers getting killed when he might need them
I may have missed something but I thought/figured the memory wipe was just of the Trial itself, not the in-between and campfire interactions. I thought what you went through in the ordeal was what you forgot, so you never loose the fear and the sense of unknown. I didn't think you lost your memories of those around you, meaning people you get to know at camp, etc.; obviously you'd lose the memories of what happened with them during the trial.
I figured the memory wipe thing was just the Survivors not remembering the traumas they experienced during the Trials, and not necessarily forgetting everything (especially since the human mind often does that anyway with traumatic experiences). Like, you might remember that Felix who pointed out the gens or the Elodie who opened a bunch of chests, and then recognize them at the campfire.
I like to believe that the survivors and killers are actually friends outside the trials but are just forced to fight each other Also I thought the killers stayed away from the campfires because they were weak to light

I like the idea that Myers doesn't have much in the way of cosmetics is cause he refuses to go anywhere when told by the entity. Like the entity barely has control over him. Also that he just kinda showed up one day and the entity was like "huh? Uhhhhh....ok..I guess I got a new killer" and rolled with it
This video was very fun to watch, huge fan of speculations and intrigue outside of the trials. I think Unknown and Dredge might get along in the sense of being intrigued or "pulled" by the other. Dredge consumes their kills and adds the killed to their collection in a way (screams of the damned, cosmetics with body parts, etc). Unknown wears their victim and attempts to mimic their last moments. In a sense, their kills live on with them and the other might be intrigue by the similarities and differences. I wouldn't say they would be having a cup of tea together but they could feel a sense of familiarity in each other's presence while also having a rivalry relationship on the hunt due to how they consume their victims. Then there's the fact that they share a realm.

I know its not true, but i like to think that betwen trials the killers and suvivors just chill. Like how funny woulf it be if lets say meg sneaks around dead dawg, opens the door and sees deathslinger getting drunk on some Whisky while trapper, ace, david and joey are playing black jack while wraith and nurse dance to the music while in the backround blight who just do happen to run through a window hets agressive and starts beating up a breakable wall because he cant find his serum like a middle schooler not fimdimg theire vape while michael just stands in a corner breathing heavely as sudanly wesker stands behind meg looking as confiused as her and asking: "What is going on here?"
We also gotta take hooked on you into account (even though it is a joke game) since the whole thing is revealed to be a secondary way to gain emotional energy from both survivors and killers. The survivors stuck in a never ending loop of serving the killers and tip toeing around them going insane, while killers are forced to play nice with each other and do dumb activities. I could see various realms made to exist as emotional experiments that survivors are plopped into when they survive too long or a killer is too good. We also know from some doctor outfit lore that killers are rewarded sometimes with specialized realms so I could also see things like free reign of a theme park for legion or a city to stalk through for Ghostie

Some of the licensed killer cosmetics do indicate some more interactions, especially with blight. Apparently wesker is making use of vigo’s old lab and experiment on himself (he’ll probably also experiment on other killers) And the Nemesis blight cosmetic seems to indicate that he was intentionally experimented on but it didn’t go well.
Awesome video, along with the relationships, you should do a video about what each survivor could be doing while not in the trails. For example, maybe Jake and Elodie will explore the wild while characters like Yoichi and Mikaela study ways to escape, according to their lore/personality traits and interests.
It’s honestly cool to know that the characters really do stuff outside of the trials other than just sitting by the campfire or staying dormant. I’d seen some people saying nothing happens outside of the trials, and that seemed really odd to me as well as kind of boring
I think I could see a sort of work around for the memory wiping deaths: each survivor keeps a journal that they DON'T keep on them and as long as one person is there to say "hey your back! Oh, you have no idea who I am huh? read this" they could keep up to date on who is who. Granted, the entity could EASILY stop or fuck with this(like changing the text to scare them or stir up problems among the survivors) but I think with all the people with powers and Nick Cage who admits to remembering things that could serve as the DRIVEing force behind this idea.
The vampire texts at 5 minutes in are really cool to look at now that castlevania crossover has been revealed. They were hinting at Dracula before ever making any announcements.
I feel like the resident evil characters would have the strongest bond with all of them knowing one another especially bonds such as chris and claire or ada and leon as well as the stars members chris, rebecca and jill
I like to imagine that the killers and survivors just hang out together like normal people outside of the trials but their minds are wiped when going into the trial so they wouldn't remember the connections they made to eachother

I love the offerings because, like, imagining them litterally becomes very funny. Oh a journal, a photograph, some of the fauna of an alien planet throw them in the fire. Oh dont forget the giant ass metal doors ripped off the nostromo. Good luck carrying that to the fire
Weirdly, I think the Doctor and the Pig could have a similar (yet somehow even more messed up) relationship like Amanda (i.e. the Pig) had with the O. G. Jigsaw (i.e. John Kramer). This means that I think the Doctor could take a mentor role to the Pig to make the trials actually be even worse for the survivors to drive them to kill each other rather than bother to bloody her own hands. Yet somehow I think this would be worse than with Jigsaw because I think he'd actually psychologically f**k with her head even more than John Kramer managed to and show her even less overall respect. And considering Kramer literally had her stuck in that reverse bear-trap before becoming an apprentice, that's saying something!
My personal theory is that Trapper is prolly the most watched and ostracized of the killers. Simply cause he had the balls to outright try and fight the entity. Which the rest of the killers who didn't come willingly are too scared to even try. While I doubt a killer rebellion would be any actual threat I imagine it would be a bit annoying at least.
I believe that when it's said that "their memories are wiped upon death" it's referring to the trial itself not everything they've ever known. If that were the case the two siblings from the sm chapter wouldn't remember each other and all the characters in general wouldn't have voice lines at all.
I’m thinking the campfire is something created by the entity. I functions as a safe zone that the entity made so the survivors and killers can be fully capable for each match by resting and making connections, that way it gets the most enjoyment out of watching them. I can also see the killers having connections like Deathslinger, Huntress, and Trapper going out and hunting while Leatherface cooks it as a meal
I love to think that on occasion, the killers can interact with each other, and the survivors even. Im sure Vecna wouldnt want always be killing survivors, he'd want to focus on his research. And i hope to one day see maps from these forgotten realms. A jungle sounds like so much fun! And i dont see why they would be abandoned? Thats free usage for the entity and killers!
Originally Benedict Baker wrote that the campfire acted as a protective Ward against the monsters and beings of the fog. Such as killers, eldritch entities, and horrors beyond comprehension. Survivors choose to stay near the campfire for protection… but a brave few choose to venture out and explore.
I always just figured they were in constant loops of trials, they start at the campfire game starts they die or escape and end up at the campfire again
Couple thoughts as I watch this. Some of the less powerful killers might get jumped by survivors and beat up. Like Legion for example. This could turn into a hatred and be fuel for more trials. The killers with the white eyes. Like Deathslinger for example. Would he see still see the survivors the same as he does during the trial? If not would he get along better with survivors who treat him with respect? As for other worlds I think the Entity might allow some survivors some fun places to hang out but only as like a good dream which you know must end so even in the good and fun places a feeling of sadness knowing it must end. And lastly the Entity might allow killers and survivors to mingle as it could generate more emotion. I see some killers feeling bad about killing innocent people. Wraith and Trapper for example. But now they are killing people who they have interacted with or even friends. Just a conversation with someone confirms to them that these are people so they feel that much more guilty. Lots of thoughts. I’d be happy to hear what y’all think. God buff America and God buff Deathslinger.
I feel that the celebrity survivors like nic cage, alan wake and jane romero could have alot to say and in the eyes of the killers some of them who were brought up in the modern era will probably recognize them and who knows i remember one of your videos discussing how nic cage could be savior of dbd, this i think has only strengthen the theory now we have alan wake a guy whos been in the dark place and someone whos good at writing books maybe theres a chance that with Nic's great acting skills and Alan's writing they could put together something that'll forge their escape
If we ever get a DBD movie or something like that I wanna see a scene where a well dressed man with his head incased with smoke (to represent the entity) walk down a hall passing by rooms with each of the killers just chilling in their own personal quarters before a door to a bright light opens behind them.
I believe vecna would form an interesting relationship with Adiris. Using her fanatic rambles to learn more about the entity. And Him and the Blight would most likely have a convo. Being that vecna enjoys secrets and knowledge. I could also see him using the knight as a sort of bodyguard. Similar to how him and Kas were, but never getting too close to the knight to avoid the same betrayal.
The idea of Sable and Mikaela being in a relation has been floated a lot, and truthfully, I could see it going one way or the other, but I think it's a nice thought, and it may even be advantageous to the Entity to allow them to remember that much. That way, it gets more emotion out of Sable, because it's one thing to watch someone die and another for them to be a friend, but it's a whole new thing for it to be a lover

Unfortunately it wouldn't be likely. Xenomorphs as a species view anything and everything outside of their kind to be a threat to their survival. Which is why Xenomorphs are so merciless, it is a biological need to defend the hive. They also do hunt for food. So Demo would literally either be an enemy or food to the Xenomorphs. Or even worse, a new host, which the Xenomorphs are perfectly capable of doing since the Queen is around. The Entity might actually allow this to happen just to see the result of the hybrid made since Xenomorphs trick the host body into gestating it by stealing their DNA, thus traits of their host are present within the creature.
I see it going two ways, the Xenos are probably kept in their own hive, away from everyone else due to their hard wired instincts. They would likely seek out other Killers and try to kill them or drag them back to impregnate them and grow the hive. Demo especially might be afraid of them, as if they fight, Demo would be severely damaged due to the acid blood, thus seeing attacking the Xenomorph as detrimental to itself. Note their blood can melt through hulls of spaceships, so Demo's flesh would immediately start to gooify once it inflicts a wound on a Xenomorph.
This would force the Entity to isolate them from everyone else, because everyone else is seen as a potential host or a threat.
The other way is that the Xenomorph would be allowed to impregnate the Demogorgon to see the resulting creature being made from it, however the Demo would immediately be brought back and taken away from the Xenomorphs after the hybrid is born.

I feel like the Entity would 100% try and seperate killers and survivors to make sure neither side conects with the other. Keep them divided, and they won't discover commonaities or unite against it.
As for what they do, I don't think survivors do much, but I could see The Entity rewarding killers with more things to do if they obey it. Hell, it could even make a interesting side game.

Well, rather than grab me off the gen, he stopped and stood there a while watching me, then ran off. I finished that gen and went to find another, which a Yun Jin was repairing. Same thing happened, he shows up at the gen, walks past me and goes after the Yun Jin, who'd jumped off and ran. This happened a couple more times, till he'd killed everyone else, then opened the gate and let me escape. He spared me, but also used me as a decoy for the other Survivors, probably the most Wesker-like thing I'd seen someone do in DbD.

Could you imagine if the Killers and Survivors are just forced to get along when not in a trial. Like, The Doctor has to be an actually doctor and assist survivors when he’s not “working” in a trial.
The thing with Doctor is I think he honestly probably would, if the survivors phrased it right, or amused him by questioning his medical license.

This is precisely why I miss the old Benedict Baker lore pieces that use to come for every new character. The way he would describe their body language made them feel more real and offered simple insight into how they would impact the trials. The last chapter that did this was Curtain Call if I remember correctly. All of his entries were just great reads too to be honest.
P.S. - I wonder which survivor is tasked with getting more seating logs for new arrivals. It must be scary having to drag a heavy thing through the woods all the way back to the safety of the campfire.

I have an incredibly stupid headcanon that Unknown is one of the more feared killers, one that even the more powerful ones keep their distance from...except Chucky. For some reason, and I have no explanation for this other than it being funny, I cannot escape the inner vision of Chucky vibing with Unknown, being completely oblivious to how horrifying and dangerous Unknown is, and...this somehow placates Unknown, who seems to be agitated when people try too hard to understand it. Because Chucky just kinda accepts Unknown as a weird thingy at face value, and doesn't think too much more about it, Unknown is like "Oh, okay cool" and is okay with Chucky hanging out, possibly even amused by the doll's company.
And most of the other killers are gobsmacked at how Chucky can vibe with Unknown, and he's just like "Whaaaat? He's just a funny little guy like me!"

Its more like Chucky being a unique blend of "smart/strong willed/messed up enough to not be freaked out by Unknown simply due to its looks" and "dumb/shallow enough to not think too hard about what Unknown IS or represents".
"Force of Nature" style Killers (Pyramid Head, Sadako, Pinhead, Myers) would get the idea of how Unknown works and simply not interact with it on principle, while the likes of Hag and Demo would have some instinctive animalistic "Nope, fuck that" reaction. Intelligent and curious killers like Wesker, Doc and Blight (when he's Sober) would be at most risk for obvious reasons.

Ash williams and sable in their voice lines have deconfirmed the memory wipe after death, there may be other examples from other characters voice lines that do so as well. This being ash’s “after i specifically asked not to be impaled through the chest” and sable’s “death isnt what i expected” which if their memory was completely wiped to the point of them entering the fog they would have no thought of dying or being impaled through the chest. Its also no accident that they made these loading in voice lines and had just died and brought back to the campfire.
I mean Ash is the chosen one to destroy all evil so he could be immune to the mind wipe as a result

i know it won’t happen, but i think it would be sick to get little limited time events to do with cosmetics releasing based on this idea of the killers being sent to go return survivors to the campfire. ie. you play as wraith sent to go return jane, jake, vittorio, and sable from some other location in the fog. we get a new limited time map (kind of like the void), and the survivors have a unique objective that isn’t to do with generators because it isn’t technically a trial, and players are rewarded with some themed cosmetics to do with that little area.
that’s a really creative idea actually, unique limited time gamemodes like this would be super fun!
Or don't lock content behind limited-time events and just have it available all the time instead of promoting a scummy business tactic. This is called a perceived time pressure and would just be monitized so you could just pay for it instead of earning it. It's a scummy psychological tactic.

I like to think that the killers usually avoid the campfire because there the survivors fight back. Ghostface might be the Entity's favorite, but as just a man he'd get his ass kicked by Chris, Bill, or the other combat tested characters.
That doesn’t make much sense when things like nemesis or knight don’t go over there and both of them would easily overpower the survivors

I think Plague would dislike most of the killers, especially the more monstrous ones. I can absolutely see the survivors, especially the more adventurous ones, grouping up to explore the fog, and i honestly think that they've probably constructed makeshift shacks or huts or something around the campfire, and the entity allows it because the more comfortable and happy they're allowed to be, the longer they last. I also think the cosmetics that aren't canon ones are just alternate universe versions of them, or straight up other characters that we just see as the regular survivors since the devs don't want to make like a hundred+ new characters for the cosmetics.

Trapper has show regret and even tries to fight back against the entity; he probably only sees his role as killer as a job, nothing more
Wraith a similar thing with him only killering because everything in this fog must

i always thought the reunion between yun jin and trickster would be interesting. i wouldn't expect trickster to immediately try to kill her, maybe they could talk.. like yun jin has only ever helped him before, and now she is no threat to exposing him
he did have a chance to kill her… but he seems to care about her in some strange way

Just imagine how awesome a DBD show would be. Imagine the show being about what goes on when trials are over and we get to learn what the Killers and Survivors get up to in their free time.
Could imagine Killers and Survivors being pretty good friends when they're not in the trials, could imagine them forming cliques depending on their interests or helping each other out with issues. Some wouldn't mind tagging along on exploratory trips into the multiple realms for weeks or months at a time before being recalled to the campfire so they could compete against each other again for the Entity's entertainment.
I feel like Claudette and Rebecca would be pretty good friends. They both have an interest in medicine and both have positive/supportive outlooks and attitudes. They could also bounce off each other really well with their respective teachable perks, all of them being about aiding the team and acting as support. Claudette being a self-taught botanist whose knowledge about medicinal plants and herbs has saved lives in the fog, and Rebecca being a trained field medic for STARS who would be used to preforming medical procedures in high-stress environments

I like to think that when you prestige a character, that character you play is slowly becoming like vittorio and learning about the realm and slowly the memory wipe becomes not as effective (given your natural processes of getting perks and cosmetics) and become more experience. I saw this concept awhile ago when when you reach p100, that survivor gets a cosmetic where it’s a what if they were an observer essentially also at 10:25 they are in Vegas since aces cosmetic is called ace Vegas and is about him being very in debt and needing to go to his “gambling Mecca” it’s my favorite skin also

I don’t know if some killers are movie characters in certain universes. Hillbilly is a horror movie slasher in the universe of the legion but I don’t know if the Texas chainsaw or Halloween movies exist in the universe of ghost face.

I like your idea that survivors are merely traversing the fog in order to find clothes or offerings and i think its probably more true than mine but i had always thought that the cosmetics were either the survivors from alternate universes or were completely different people being represented by someone they were similar to essentially showing the other people in the fog that arent unique enough to get their own names or backstories reduced to a claudette wearing their clothes or something
small team with yt called Radical Talent, they made a whole series of “Michael and Ghostface: Best Buds” where Michael is kind of coaching Ghostface making him better at killing. That’s how I see both of them together lol.

My favorite thing is when you have Leon selected as survivor and are in the main menu. He sits on one knee and checks around every now and then. I’ve only seen this on Leon but maybe others do this too
I like to think about how killers would interact with each other and that the Legendary killers are all their own characters, including Iron Maiden. Legion must be having a field day. Some killers would have to be contained tho, Myers, Xeno, Singularity, bc I don’t think the Entity would like his killers getting killed when he might need them
I may have missed something but I thought/figured the memory wipe was just of the Trial itself, not the in-between and campfire interactions. I thought what you went through in the ordeal was what you forgot, so you never loose the fear and the sense of unknown. I didn't think you lost your memories of those around you, meaning people you get to know at camp, etc.; obviously you'd lose the memories of what happened with them during the trial.
I figured the memory wipe thing was just the Survivors not remembering the traumas they experienced during the Trials, and not necessarily forgetting everything (especially since the human mind often does that anyway with traumatic experiences). Like, you might remember that Felix who pointed out the gens or the Elodie who opened a bunch of chests, and then recognize them at the campfire.
"The main event in the entity's realm is the trials" nah it's an ability trickster gets when he hits 8 of the 44 knife's he spam throws at survivors

I like the idea that Myers doesn't have much in the way of cosmetics is cause he refuses to go anywhere when told by the entity. Like the entity barely has control over him. Also that he just kinda showed up one day and the entity was like "huh? Uhhhhh....ok..I guess I got a new killer" and rolled with it
This video was very fun to watch, huge fan of speculations and intrigue outside of the trials.
I think Unknown and Dredge might get along in the sense of being intrigued or "pulled" by the other. Dredge consumes their kills and adds the killed to their collection in a way (screams of the damned, cosmetics with body parts, etc). Unknown wears their victim and attempts to mimic their last moments. In a sense, their kills live on with them and the other might be intrigue by the similarities and differences.
I wouldn't say they would be having a cup of tea together but they could feel a sense of familiarity in each other's presence while also having a rivalry relationship on the hunt due to how they consume their victims.
Then there's the fact that they share a realm.

I know its not true, but i like to think that betwen trials the killers and suvivors just chill. Like how funny woulf it be if lets say meg sneaks around dead dawg, opens the door and sees deathslinger getting drunk on some Whisky while trapper, ace, david and joey are playing black jack while wraith and nurse dance to the music while in the backround blight who just do happen to run through a window hets agressive and starts beating up a breakable wall because he cant find his serum like a middle schooler not fimdimg theire vape while michael just stands in a corner breathing heavely as sudanly wesker stands behind meg looking as confiused as her and asking: "What is going on here?"
Or how about ghost face chilling in ormond with Frank, Susie, julie and nicolace cage because they are a fan of him.
We also gotta take hooked on you into account (even though it is a joke game) since the whole thing is revealed to be a secondary way to gain emotional energy from both survivors and killers. The survivors stuck in a never ending loop of serving the killers and tip toeing around them going insane, while killers are forced to play nice with each other and do dumb activities. I could see various realms made to exist as emotional experiments that survivors are plopped into when they survive too long or a killer is too good. We also know from some doctor outfit lore that killers are rewarded sometimes with specialized realms so I could also see things like free reign of a theme park for legion or a city to stalk through for Ghostie

Some of the licensed killer cosmetics do indicate some more interactions, especially with blight. Apparently wesker is making use of vigo’s old lab and experiment on himself (he’ll probably also experiment on other killers)
And the Nemesis blight cosmetic seems to indicate that he was intentionally experimented on but it didn’t go well.

Awesome video, along with the relationships, you should do a video about what each survivor could be doing while not in the trails. For example, maybe Jake and Elodie will explore the wild while characters like Yoichi and Mikaela study ways to escape, according to their lore/personality traits and interests.
It’s honestly cool to know that the characters really do stuff outside of the trials other than just sitting by the campfire or staying dormant. I’d seen some people saying nothing happens outside of the trials, and that seemed really odd to me as well as kind of boring
I think I could see a sort of work around for the memory wiping deaths: each survivor keeps a journal that they DON'T keep on them and as long as one person is there to say "hey your back! Oh, you have no idea who I am huh? read this" they could keep up to date on who is who. Granted, the entity could EASILY stop or fuck with this(like changing the text to scare them or stir up problems among the survivors) but I think with all the people with powers and Nick Cage who admits to remembering things that could serve as the DRIVEing force behind this idea.
A cool video would be what survivors and killers would get along and find then just what was in this video. Love your content!

Weirdly, I think the Doctor and the Pig could have a similar (yet somehow even more messed up) relationship like Amanda (i.e. the Pig) had with the O. G. Jigsaw (i.e. John Kramer). This means that I think the Doctor could take a mentor role to the Pig to make the trials actually be even worse for the survivors to drive them to kill each other rather than bother to bloody her own hands.
Yet somehow I think this would be worse than with Jigsaw because I think he'd actually psychologically f**k with her head even more than John Kramer managed to and show her even less overall respect. And considering Kramer literally had her stuck in that reverse bear-trap before becoming an apprentice, that's saying something!
My personal theory is that Trapper is prolly the most watched and ostracized of the killers. Simply cause he had the balls to outright try and fight the entity. Which the rest of the killers who didn't come willingly are too scared to even try. While I doubt a killer rebellion would be any actual threat I imagine it would be a bit annoying at least.
I believe that when it's said that "their memories are wiped upon death" it's referring to the trial itself not everything they've ever known. If that were the case the two siblings from the sm chapter wouldn't remember each other and all the characters in general wouldn't have voice lines at all.

I’m thinking the campfire is something created by the entity. I functions as a safe zone that the entity made so the survivors and killers can be fully capable for each match by resting and making connections, that way it gets the most enjoyment out of watching them. I can also see the killers having connections like Deathslinger, Huntress, and Trapper going out and hunting while Leatherface cooks it as a meal

I love to think that on occasion, the killers can interact with each other, and the survivors even. Im sure Vecna wouldnt want always be killing survivors, he'd want to focus on his research. And i hope to one day see maps from these forgotten realms. A jungle sounds like so much fun! And i dont see why they would be abandoned? Thats free usage for the entity and killers!
Originally Benedict Baker wrote that the campfire acted as a protective Ward against the monsters and beings of the fog. Such as killers, eldritch entities, and horrors beyond comprehension. Survivors choose to stay near the campfire for protection… but a brave few choose to venture out and explore.
I always just figured they were in constant loops of trials, they start at the campfire game starts they die or escape and end up at the campfire again
Couple thoughts as I watch this.
Some of the less powerful killers might get jumped by survivors and beat up. Like Legion for example. This could turn into a hatred and be fuel for more trials.
The killers with the white eyes. Like Deathslinger for example. Would he see still see the survivors the same as he does during the trial? If not would he get along better with survivors who treat him with respect?
As for other worlds I think the Entity might allow some survivors some fun places to hang out but only as like a good dream which you know must end so even in the good and fun places a feeling of sadness knowing it must end.
And lastly the Entity might allow killers and survivors to mingle as it could generate more emotion. I see some killers feeling bad about killing innocent people. Wraith and Trapper for example. But now they are killing people who they have interacted with or even friends. Just a conversation with someone confirms to them that these are people so they feel that much more guilty.

I feel that the celebrity survivors like nic cage, alan wake and jane romero could have alot to say and in the eyes of the killers some of them who were brought up in the modern era will probably recognize them and who knows i remember one of your videos discussing how nic cage could be savior of dbd, this i think has only strengthen the theory now we have alan wake a guy whos been in the dark place and someone whos good at writing books maybe theres a chance that with Nic's great acting skills and Alan's writing they could put together something that'll forge their escape

If we ever get a DBD movie or something like that I wanna see a scene where a well dressed man with his head incased with smoke (to represent the entity) walk down a hall passing by rooms with each of the killers just chilling in their own personal quarters before a door to a bright light opens behind them.
I believe vecna would form an interesting relationship with Adiris. Using her fanatic rambles to learn more about the entity. And Him and the Blight would most likely have a convo. Being that vecna enjoys secrets and knowledge. I could also see him using the knight as a sort of bodyguard. Similar to how him and Kas were, but never getting too close to the knight to avoid the same betrayal.
The idea of Sable and Mikaela being in a relation has been floated a lot, and truthfully, I could see it going one way or the other, but I think it's a nice thought, and it may even be advantageous to the Entity to allow them to remember that much. That way, it gets more emotion out of Sable, because it's one thing to watch someone die and another for them to be a friend, but it's a whole new thing for it to be a lover
Lmao they ain't lovers. They're not even close. It was a one way friendship. Sable saw mikela as her beastie, while Mikaela saw... Sable. All Mikela care about was her best friend Julian and her own group of friends.
