As for fruits; Watermelon is especially good for us guys as it contains extra benefits like L-Citrulline. Before working out - Watermelon or even after extra strenuous activity.
you need to eat more salt in your diet, so the cells in your body can actually absorbe water. Sound to me like you need eletrolites, a good option would be coconut water or a gatorade. Or thy adding salt to your meals but not overdoit....If this doesnt help I would seek medical attention
I've had severe dehydration for three days after smoking one disposable ecig. I can't seem to treat it. I'm drinking one glass of water an hour. My urine is clear though. I get severe headaches if I don't drink a lot of water.
Unfortunately, it triggered diabetes for me. I don't know how, but because I was stupid and smoked that vape pen hard for several days, I now have diabetes.
@@notjun7203 Type two but since I wrote the initial post seven years ago I've been to the ER for diabetic ketoacidosis three times. I just got out of the hospital for my last one a week ago. The ER doc told me my body is acting like a type one diabetic.
I have been vomiting, dealing with diarrhea and having to pee every time I cough for seven days. Now I can't seem to drink enough liquid to stop being thirsty. Should I go to hospital?
I'm dehydrated i feel sick and my iron @10 and i just had my gall bladder removed from stones anyways the doc told me to drink water but everytime i drink water and a couples mins later I go to the bathroom its like I'm pissing the water out.. its like I'm not getting nowhere just drinking water
1. Get tested for diabetes. It's incredibly easy just a blood test in the morning before food. 2. Consume more salt/electrolytes. They allow your body to actually absorb the water. Simply drinking water isn't enough.
I won’t say this is BS I don’t mind The problem is I suffer from dehydration but however I can swallow gallons of water and my pee looks clear white still I have a dry mouth and dry tongue how is that possible?? no doctor can fix that
@@lynne3989 Correct, with potassium and magnesium. All water should have ample electrolytes added in the correct ratios, for 6 months. About 2 litres a day depending on your size.
This is far too simplistic. Hydration isnt just about investing fluids, it's about the salt/electrolyte balance in your blood and cells. The balance of salts is the mechanism that our bodies use to get water intonour cells and sweating profusely during exercise drops salt levels. I sweat A LOT. If I simply drink the amount of weight I've lost I still end up dehydrated, which can last for days unless I supplement with electrolytes.

I drank a giant glass of water and it didn't even stay on my stomach for one minute and I peed it out then I'm dehydrated again:(

Eat good salt with water and have hot water and drink a little slower and not just down the glass in a second.
I'm having the exact same issue. What ended up helping you?
Taking an electrolyte supplement helps a lot. If you exercise regularly you likely need a lot more salt in your diet than you think.
Wow I learned something today thanks

Late but if you didn’t you should have.
Yes
Is that means if I eat vegetables and fruits I drink less water during the day

I lost 5 pounds and I'm getting dissy!
Cute
I feel very dizzy and uncoordinated
I hope it’s just dehydration...
Tiaam Du Nord hasn't gone away see your pcp (primary care physician) and ask them if POTS is a possibility
I never pooped in 2 days I'm worried
This title suggest how to treat not how to detect. 🤦🏽♀️

no doctor can fix that
It's cellular dehydration, not blood dehydration.
@@JH-nb4nnAnd you fix that with sodium added to water so the water can get into cells?
