材料:
鸡-1只
鸡壳-1个
鸡脚-5对
鲨鱼软骨-半包(泡软1个晚上,然后用姜、葱、绍兴酒烫一烫去腥味)
带子-1包
干贝-20粒
红烧鲍鱼-2 罐
花胶-随意/ 喜欢可以放多(泡发1个晚上,用姜、葱、绍兴酒烫一烫去腥味)
海参-5 (泡发4 天)
冬菇~8 朵
葱-1 把
姜-5/6 片
绍兴酒-2 汤匙
注:汤熬3/4 小时,放凉取出鸡肉,过濾汤汁。
再把剩余的材料用濾好的鸡汤炖2小时。
最后才把鲍鱼、花胶、带子大火炖30分钟即可享用。

Chicken - 1
Chicken shell - 1
Chicken feet - 5 pairs
Shark cartilage - half a pack (soaked for 1 night, then blanched with ginger, green onion and Shaoxing wine to remove the fishy smell)
Scallop - 1 pack
Dried Scallops - 20 Capsules
Braised Abalone - 2 Cans
Fish Maw - put as much as you like (soak for 1 night, blanch with ginger, green onion and Shaoxing wine to remove the fishy smell)
Sea Cucumber-5 (soaked for 4 days)
Mushrooms~8 pcs
Scallions - 1 bunch
Ginger - 5/6 slices
Shaoxing wine - 2 tbsp
Note: Boil the soup for 3/4 hours, let it cool, remove the chicken, and filter the soup.
Simmer the remaining ingredients in the strained chicken broth for another 2 hours.
Finally, simmer the abalone, fish maw and scallops for 30 minutes and enjoy the food …😊😊
