Nice and that is a cool plane! I've flown around Loch Ness a while back after someone said they saw the Loch Ness monster there in flight sim. So i figured id do a flight there to hunt for Nessie. I didn't see anything though. My guess is, it might be something that happens on a very rare occasion in the sim. Others were thinking this as well. So when i do a flight there again, if i see it i'll definitely be recording.
I reckon Nessie will be there if you use the Orbx landmarks Addons. Nessie is definitely in XPlane12 via the trueearth north scenery pack. No doubt Orbx will have used the same assets from trueearth when they compiled their MSFS equivalent.
It is based on the french Canadair from the "Sécurité Civile" which is used for about 25 years. I have seen it take water from such small lake in south of France, it is always an amazement to see it while swiming with your family.
It is an impressive aircraft and surprisingly easy to fly. Thanks for watching and stay tuned for more!
Cool plane! I'm going to preorder 2024 this week. I really wish there was a version of the Aviator Bundle with a Steam key. The Antonov model that comes with it looks so cool! I saw the AN-225 in person once, back in my ramp monkey days. The scale of that monster is absolutely unbelievable.
Hey thanks for watching! It is a cool plane and the water pick up and drop are pretty straightforward. She reminds me of the Caribou in flight and on the ground. I do hope they go forward with rebuilding the AN-225. They said there is enough of the second aircraft to do it. I have the game pass version and I got the Aviator version but not the one with the swag bag. I took that 50 bucks and took my wife out to eat instead.
