Yeah since it's really not a main feature for 2020 I believe that's why there's no button mapping for that functionality. I'm sure it'll be in 2024 though!
I had to go to MS store and click manage order, then do the pre-load thing in the xbox app - I'm hoping that "links" to my 2020 install. Still waiting for it to show up though in the content manager

I didn’t expect the probes or drop tank to even function, but it’s cool to see that working. 👍🏼 Neptune’s tanker fleet of BAE 146’s are the planes you’re thinking of that comes into the Springs from time to time, and it’s awesome seeing all the tankers that fly in to help. You may already know but several of these CL-415s came in to fight fires in Colorado using Horsetooth reservoir.

Getting my tailwheel endorsement several years ago, was challenging and a ton of fun. I can't imagine the beauty of landing and taking off on water! Funny how I had zero interest in this thing prior to seeing MSFS 2024😂 That's another reason I'm addicted to this sim for over four decades now (first version on a C-64 when I was a teen). It opens up your world and introduces you to something new and exciting all the time! I've actually flown into real world airports based on learning about them from the sim, lol. Such as Telluride (KTEX) and others!

I preordered the MSFS 2024, how do you get the CL-415 aircraft offer?
Shows up in your content manager to install, might take a little while (I preordered on thursday and it showed up this morning [saturday])

OH you mean preset button! In 2020 since that functionality isn't really a thing, no preset option. I'm sure it'll have one in 2024 though! 🙂
