Absolutely nailed it Specsavers, advert of the year for me. Wish it had been saved for Christmas, some are a bit too serious this year in a time where we need a good belly laugh
I live in this block! It is Trinity Gardens in Canning Town, London. At 0:13 on the right hand side on the bottom you can see a balcony. Its my balcony. And next to it, with books, its my son's room
I used to live in the block as well - 5th floor, the flat right by Hermit Road. In the ad, it shows 10 floors, but there are only 7 floors. Also remember back in the early eighties, a young lad threw himself off the 7th floor - very sad.
@@charliepaynter my Nan lived on the 5th floor from the early 70’s for around 35 years, in that block. I remember as well, that time the lad threw himself off of the top floor - I remember the collapsed bus stop roof and the stains on the concrete raised bed. Felt like it was there for ages. Canning Town - my birthplace - loved it.

I looked this advert up after watching the tv ad. I really hope this block of flats has a "lift," save for doing this much of a bad struggle in future. Edit : Oh damnit, didn't notice the broken lift (at 0:04) til after I wrote this comment. My bad. Looks like I'm the one who needs to go to Specsavers instead.😋😋 Anyway... I'm assuming the lift in this ad has hopefully been fixed by now.
Specsavers are very good at giving the impression there cheap, but there absolutely not . I tried getting my lenses upgraded on glasses I bought from them and they wanted £340.00 ,I checked out what the real cost was and they pay less than £40.00 . It’s more hassle but I advise everyone to buy there glasses on line if poss.
All things considered, I'd be less concerned that he got the address wrong, and more concerned that if his eyesight is that bad, he can't even read his instructions right, how did he drive to the flats without running down half the town in the first place.

Whilst funny this has never happened. First off, not one third party delivery driver would do that, ever, you're lucky to get a delivery of anything if the lift is out, Evri, DPD, Yodel, Royal mail ...all lazy and useless. Secondly, on that kind of estate the woman would have just accepted the free TV that just got miss delivered. Call me cynical but you know it's true.
Your right, I have had things left downstairs because they can’t fit it in the life/lift out of service or it’s heavy and they don’t want to carry it and then I have had neighbours take my grocery shop in claiming it was theirs just because they went to the wrong house!

You assume wrong! The lifts are always breaking and annoying part is that every delivery person makes this mistake so the advert is accurate
