I think people need to understand something about Frisk's erasure from Glitchtale: While Frisk himself was erased, the CONSEQUENCES of his actions weren't. Everyone has different memories of what happened, but the effects of Frisk's actions still exist in Glitchtale. Look at it like this: While Frisk no longer exists and isn't in the memories of his friends anymore, he DID still exist, and therefore his actions still had an impact on the world. That's why HATE is so similar to Frisk. Frisk created HATE, and that is an integral fact to the Glitchtale universe, even after Frisk's erasure. So therefore, HATE is going to behave a lot like the reincarnation of Frisk because it was created by him. Furthermore, if Frisk AND his actions were erased, then there shouldn't be any way for Chara to be revived, or for the monsters to be freed from the underground.

PSO2 a decent amount of boss names can be very complex for example Dark Falz Omega Masquerade… PSO2 then there’s the final bosses and all of them having basic names from different mythologies Shiva aka The God or in PSO2’s case Goddess of Destruction&Annihilation, then there’s the just Primordial Darkness being Gomorroth & Sodam…
And that's what makes it so much more scary. It doesn't need a complicated name to be absolute evil. It's so simple, actually. A knife is a really simple concept, but it can be so dangerous when given a driving force behind it. And unfortunately this knife is strapped to a goddamn missile.
People keep talking about hate being frisk, but in my personal opinion i think reincarnation is just reffering to the comeback of "DT!Hate", resembling both frisk and chara.

Honestly I would love to see HATE vs Gaster. They both seem a bit similar in attacks (like when hate turns Chara heart blue kinda like papyrus, sans, and gaster) and I honestly wonder how the fight would go.

Okay, this one legitimately blew me away. I always love your aggressive symphonic metal pieces, dude, they're mixed SO DAMN WELL. I love especially love how the choir blended in perfectly with everything else... and the sliding synth in the rhythm starting at 0:45 is a very delightful touch, with the slight LFO on it too, love that. did you use serum to make it? I also love the variation on the drums here, like how it goes from a fast power metal rhythm to a slower rhythm with the china cymbals, and then back to the fast rhythm. the outro from 1:51 was dramatic and nice, I love the brass that's backing it up, imo it could've used a kick to back it up too but maybe that's a bit overkill, there was enough going on there. this genuinely inspired me and MAN I'd love to learn how you mix these types of tracks. good job

From the animation, I noticed that the fight aswell took place in the same place Betty and Frisk fought in. And this was the same location where Asriel's soul got taken. Theres only one reason why his soul refused. It's the possibility that he wasn't going TO DIE IN THE SAME PLACE AGAIN. I might be wrong, but that's what I've seen in the background.
@@Guyy_1 Asriel's soul is special, a monster husk filled with extract of all the 7 traits, such soul must be pretty powerful, maybe even comparable to a Determination soul. Even then, Asriel's survival is kinda far fetched, but without it the chances of winning were slim, if non-existant. His character arc was building up until this specific point, his death would have made him pretty much useless to keep alive for so long.

I’m both excited and scared to see how the fight with hate goes, it will probably be able to fight both Asriel and Chara with ease since it has the power of all its previous hosts. Season one Chara already gives hate access to determination and all the traits asriels soul has, it also has the power of fear thanks to Betty. I don’t think there will be any major plot twists but I do think frisk will come up, since sans seemed to remember frisk(at least a little bit) maybe hate will take his form and torment them by using the same feeling of deja-vu sans had and get them to let their guard down (Sorry if this sounds stupid, it’s 2am and I can barely think but I’m still way to excited to keep quiet)
Man these theme slaps. I already love it way more than Gaster's last theme (which was my fav for a time). I also love the fight which is glorious and it kinda feels like Frisk in a sense. Like the way it fights when this song plays it starts to use like techniques but is very fucking aggressive. Sorta like Frisk in certain scenes. Also the way it ends I think makes sense if I am right. Hate is a incarnation of Frisk or has memories of being the host of Frisk, Chara, and Betty. Maybe it didn't attack in the end because it wanted to end this cycle that Frisk started. Idk just my thoughts lol.
This theme is good but I do not like it more than the "Ascended" Quartet by Amella. The "Ascended" series is great in every way and embodies the scene perfectly. Now this isn't to impose a negative connotation onto "Reincarnation" at all, but merely to provide an analysis on why I believe from an objective and subjective standpoint that the "Ascended" Quartet is better. "Reincarnation" is provided as the 2nd phase out of 3 during the HATE battle, it's jarring however, due to the fact that it is so drastically different from "Hatred Horror"; this is a detrement to the scene as the shift in the battle is not jarring at all, when taken at face value it may seem like there is a massive change in the power dynamic but look at it like this: A new character joins the battle (2v1 now) but HATE gains a power boost, effectively evening the playing field. The power boost is also a detriment to the scene's success. By boosting the already unknown power of a character by an unknown amount you have effectively created a character who can be as weak/strong as the plot requires, with this in mind the impact of the "Reincarnation" is lessened by the fact that HATE stands no chance, there are effectively no stakes so the intensity of the theme is unearned. Now, onto "Ascended". The themes gradually escalate in intensity and impact as the fight goes onto support the higher and higher stakes and danger every character is in. This is supported by the fact that we know the limits of our characters, we know what they are capable of and we can *feel* the danger they are in. This all comes to an abrupt halt when we reach #3: "Eternal Rest" in th quartet, the theme seemingly dies down. However this does not diminish the impact of the scene, but only serves to catalyze the themes prior to and after it. The theme has heavy tones of grief and regret, sadness and anguish. Coming off the loss of a character in battle that could have been avoided through the actions of another, you can feel and resonate with what happens in the scene and the music helps that perfectly. #4: "Ascension". The theme immediately begins with a much more closed, linear tone, opting to instead use the motifs of the main focus of the scene, a character who has reached their breaking point, who can't think straight, who is grieving and regretting their actions. This wonderfully supports the scene as (like the scene) it shifts the focus from the 4 characters onto just *1* . From this point on we get a similar process tas to the one used in #1-2 ("Vain" and "Family") where the music builds in strength and impact, fitting as the central focal point character is clearly growing in power by the second in the scene. After what can only be described as a glorious repetition of #1-2 we reach the point where #3 should repeat once more, and we should lose another character; yet instead we get our focal character unleashing their true power at the potential cost of another ally's life. At this moment the music crescendos just as the character's power does, the stakes are high to go with this extra intensity. In a bout of even more glorious repetition we have a character using their strength to stop the opposing force but at the potential cost of life (Similar to the end of #2). None of the characters have any idea just how much it will take to kill the antagonistic force and neither do we, but every second the focal character uses their power the closer the ally gets to death; it's a truly anxious scene and theme. Once the action dies down and we get to the next portion of #4 the scene calms down, the antagonistic force seemingly defeated and the focal character and ally are both alive, The repetition of #3 begins, instead of a positive, victory theme we get a somber, sad theme, as we watch our focal character regret what they've done once more, the only thing they can say is "i'm so tired", and it's perfect. That's when you realise what the "Ascended" Quartet was, it was a rendition of their journey, from the empowerment of family and friends all the way to the regret and grief and it's beautiful. TL:DR The "Ascended" Quartet is better structured and falls in line with the emotions and events of the scene a lot better
@@Guyy_1 I know what you mean but I just really loved the music and thought it matched perfectly. Again this is just my opinion but I have reason. One it shows the change of HATE where it switches it's aggressive chaotic style to something more aggressive yet more thought is put into the movements. Like when it trips Frisk in the beginning it is using strategy. I find that it was scary because it was just something but in its second phase it uses more strategy. I think that is why the music is more aggressive and brings more terror. Again my opinion but I really like the way you explained Ascended :)
Reincarnation? Of who tho, maybe JUST MAYBE, could it be Frisk? This all started with Frisk, and noticed the Hate is becoming more humanoid shaped and in the trailer, the soul was cracking and breaking into Determinaiton. Who knows though...
The sheer fact that this thing was almost able to take out Chara and Asriel working together was kind of scary. Hate could be one of the most powerful things in all of undertale AUs.
Uhm, multiverse king, error 404, and a few more…. Yet i feel hate is stronger then ink sans and error for some reason, it really showed a lot more destructive power compared to what error and ink did in underverse

not only that. even if you kill hate, it will always come back, manifesting in someone else. Anywhere, at anytime. Not to mention, it copies its hosts abilities. and according to the wiki, EVEN if you manage to control hate, controlling it again will progressively get harder and harder. Until you're corrupted. Assuming it gets it's hands on a strong enough host and make their body its own, who knows what it would do to the world, aus n stuff
so Cami said that it would be explained why hate looked/acted different at the end of this fight. also, i believe she has said that season 3 is the last season, though they may have been jaki talking about underverse season 2. so either we will learn more about hate in seas 3, or there will be another season which will explain it. of course if its season 3 that we learn about it....then the brings up the question: Is this the first time a being such as hate has existed? I mean, the human monster war probably caused a lot of negative emotion, it wouldn't be that far of a stretch to say that this isn't the first time hate has cased issues.
While I didn't like the endgame villain or their characterization, it is undeniable that Nyx's music that goes along with it is really well thought, keep it up dude

ah, i thought you werent talking about underverse, then were fine then, because nightmare sans in most series and most of the sans AUs are trash as hell, only Underverse were able to flesh them out and actually able to like them, honestly im not really a fan of sans AUs, but Underverse actually did a fairly good job to making me like some of the sans variants.

Okay, this one legitimately blew me away. I always love your aggressive symphonic metal pieces, dude, they're mixed SO DAMN WELL. I love especially love how the choir blended in perfectly with everything else... and the sliding synth in the rhythm starting at 0:45 is a very delightful touch, with the slight LFO on it too, love that. did you use serum to make it? I also love the variation on the drums here, like how it goes from a fast power metal rhythm to a slower rhythm with the china cymbals, and then back to the fast rhythm. the outro from 1:51 was dramatic and nice, I love the brass that's backing it up, imo it could've used a kick to back it up too but maybe that's a bit overkill, there was enough going on there. this genuinely inspired me and MAN I'd love to learn how you mix these types of tracks. good job

From the animation, I noticed that the fight aswell took place in the same place Betty and Frisk fought in. And this was the same location where Asriel's soul got taken. Theres only one reason why his soul refused.

to be clear, there is NO reason why he should have lived and until explained it is one of the biggest plotholes in the series
@@Guyy_1 Asriel's soul is special, a monster husk filled with extract of all the 7 traits, such soul must be pretty powerful, maybe even comparable to a Determination soul.
Even then, Asriel's survival is kinda far fetched, but without it the chances of winning were slim, if non-existant. His character arc was building up until this specific point, his death would have made him pretty much useless to keep alive for so long.

I’m both excited and scared to see how the fight with hate goes, it will probably be able to fight both Asriel and Chara with ease since it has the power of all its previous hosts. Season one Chara already gives hate access to determination and all the traits asriels soul has, it also has the power of fear thanks to Betty. I don’t think there will be any major plot twists but I do think frisk will come up, since sans seemed to remember frisk(at least a little bit) maybe hate will take his form and torment them by using the same feeling of deja-vu sans had and get them to let their guard down

Man these theme slaps. I already love it way more than Gaster's last theme (which was my fav for a time). I also love the fight which is glorious and it kinda feels like Frisk in a sense. Like the way it fights when this song plays it starts to use like techniques but is very fucking aggressive. Sorta like Frisk in certain scenes. Also the way it ends I think makes sense if I am right. Hate is a incarnation of Frisk or has memories of being the host of Frisk, Chara, and Betty. Maybe it didn't attack in the end because it wanted to end this cycle that Frisk started. Idk just my thoughts lol.
This theme is good but I do not like it more than the "Ascended" Quartet by Amella. The "Ascended" series is great in every way and embodies the scene perfectly. Now this isn't to impose a negative connotation onto "Reincarnation" at all, but merely to provide an analysis on why I believe from an objective and subjective standpoint that the "Ascended" Quartet is better. "Reincarnation" is provided as the 2nd phase out of 3 during the HATE battle, it's jarring however, due to the fact that it is so drastically different from "Hatred Horror"; this is a detrement to the scene as the shift in the battle is not jarring at all, when taken at face value it may seem like there is a massive change in the power dynamic but look at it like this: A new character joins the battle (2v1 now) but HATE gains a power boost, effectively evening the playing field. The power boost is also a detriment to the scene's success. By boosting the already unknown power of a character by an unknown amount you have effectively created a character who can be as weak/strong as the plot requires, with this in mind the impact of the "Reincarnation" is lessened by the fact that HATE stands no chance, there are effectively no stakes so the intensity of the theme is unearned. Now, onto "Ascended". The themes gradually escalate in intensity and impact as the fight goes onto support the higher and higher stakes and danger every character is in. This is supported by the fact that we know the limits of our characters, we know what they are capable of and we can *feel* the danger they are in. This all comes to an abrupt halt when we reach #3: "Eternal Rest" in th quartet, the theme seemingly dies down. However this does not diminish the impact of the scene, but only serves to catalyze the themes prior to and after it. The theme has heavy tones of grief and regret, sadness and anguish. Coming off the loss of a character in battle that could have been avoided through the actions of another, you can feel and resonate with what happens in the scene and the music helps that perfectly. #4: "Ascension". The theme immediately begins with a much more closed, linear tone, opting to instead use the motifs of the main focus of the scene, a character who has reached their breaking point, who can't think straight, who is grieving and regretting their actions. This wonderfully supports the scene as (like the scene) it shifts the focus from the 4 characters onto just *1* . From this point on we get a similar process tas to the one used in #1-2 ("Vain" and "Family") where the music builds in strength and impact, fitting as the central focal point character is clearly growing in power by the second in the scene. After what can only be described as a glorious repetition of #1-2 we reach the point where #3 should repeat once more, and we should lose another character; yet instead we get our focal character unleashing their true power at the potential cost of another ally's life. At this moment the music crescendos just as the character's power does, the stakes are high to go with this extra intensity. In a bout of even more glorious repetition we have a character using their strength to stop the opposing force but at the potential cost of life (Similar to the end of #2). None of the characters have any idea just how much it will take to kill the antagonistic force and neither do we, but every second the focal character uses their power the closer the ally gets to death; it's a truly anxious scene and theme. Once the action dies down and we get to the next portion of #4 the scene calms down, the antagonistic force seemingly defeated and the focal character and ally are both alive, The repetition of #3 begins, instead of a positive, victory theme we get a somber, sad theme, as we watch our focal character regret what they've done once more, the only thing they can say is "i'm so tired", and it's perfect. That's when you realise what the "Ascended" Quartet was, it was a rendition of their journey, from the empowerment of family and friends all the way to the regret and grief and it's beautiful.
TL:DR
The "Ascended" Quartet is better structured and falls in line with the emotions and events of the scene a lot better
@@Guyy_1 I know what you mean but I just really loved the music and thought it matched perfectly. Again this is just my opinion but I have reason. One it shows the change of HATE where it switches it's aggressive chaotic style to something more aggressive yet more thought is put into the movements. Like when it trips Frisk in the beginning it is using strategy. I find that it was scary because it was just something but in its second phase it uses more strategy. I think that is why the music is more aggressive and brings more terror. Again my opinion but I really like the way you explained Ascended :)

The sheer fact that this thing was almost able to take out Chara and Asriel working together was kind of scary. Hate could be one of the most powerful things in all of undertale AUs.

not only that. even if you kill hate, it will always come back, manifesting in someone else. Anywhere, at anytime. Not to mention, it copies its hosts abilities. and according to the wiki, EVEN if you manage to control hate, controlling it again will progressively get harder and harder. Until you're corrupted. Assuming it gets it's hands on a strong enough host and make their body its own, who knows what it would do to the world, aus n stuff
so Cami said that it would be explained why hate looked/acted different at the end of this fight. also, i believe she has said that season 3 is the last season, though they may have been jaki talking about underverse season 2. so either we will learn more about hate in seas 3, or there will be another season which will explain it. of course if its season 3 that we learn about it....then the brings up the question: Is this the first time a being such as hate has existed? I mean, the human monster war probably caused a lot of negative emotion, it wouldn't be that far of a stretch to say that this isn't the first time hate has cased issues.
