When it's a P-Bandai in Japan with a full color box, that usually means it's a retail release outside of Japan. This was the case with the HG Lancelot Albion and Guren Seiten in the same line, as well kits like the MG XN Raiser, MG Astray Red Dragon, and the Build Battlogue kits. I think there have only been a few exceptions to this, like the MG F90.
Both the Lancelot and Guren (along with the Gawain) were Pbandai releases here in SE Asia (Philippines).

what you say is essentially true if you exclude Gundam and probably 30 Minutes lines P-Bandai. There were/are a few Gunpla that were released purposely as P-Bandai in Japan only but retail outside of Japan. P-Bandai Gunpla getting a full color box doesn't inherently mean it was going to be retail outside of Japan.
@@reijigamer tbh I forgot that there are P-Bandai exclusive 30 MM/MS kits. What are some other P-Bandai gunpla with full color boxes that weren't available as retail releases in at least one region outside of Japan besides the MG F90 and its Mars variant? I think the vast majority of P-Bandai kits with full color boxes happened to be retail releases outside of Japan.

The moment I saw this in the anime, it became my favorite Knightmare frame from Code Geass, don’t get me wrong the Gurren and Lancelot are also awesome mecha but I became enamored with this mecha more.
A fan favourite of many- how it was Gundam jacked.... how powerful it was, two seater. One of the few mecha that can fly.

Got this a few days ago, enjoyed every minute of it. Apart from the slash harken fingers (had to glue them) and some of the under-gating.
I hope they expand upon this series, some grunts would be nice. I could see a 30mm series for grunts being extremely popular as they were extremely modular in the anime
I'm still mad that they never even give us a Grunt units.
Unfortunate that it's P-Bandai. However, the PB HG Lancelot was made retail internationally, but the HG Gurren was not. At least there's a chance it could be made retail.
My favorite Knightmare of the series. And a nice, dark, glossy armor finish. 😊😊

Code Geass is probably my #1 favourite anime, with the Gawain just being an awesome mech all around. I'm genuinely sad that I barely of the room for the gunpla I do have, nevermind awesome new finds like this.

These HG code geass kits could have sold very very well if they were regular releases especially with the new anime coming. I'm still looking forward to Shinkiro next and I'd buy it even at scalper price. That is how much of a scker I am for Lelouch's personal nightmare frames
The new HG Majin Hero Wataru line started with P-Bandai kits then continue with new regular release kits so maybe this could be the same for Code Geass. Though there might be rights issues with the original series that will make the original series' kits P-Bandai

You must take something like fishing wire or guitar string , that cannot bend , paint it in black and then glue into the hand and fingers

christ i wish they do a model kit line of code geass in full. i'd spend so much fucking money to just have ALLLL of them. theeariler generation to the greater generation.
also the joke is that the Gawain got Gundam SEED hijacked by Lelouch and C.C. because whoever the pilots are left the Knightmare Frame with the keys in the ignition as they had a toilet break or something, even funnier Lelouch and C.C. were trying to escape and they found it convenient there was no one even tried to guard the Gawain's cockpit.

What do you mean by “injection”? I dont get it
if you mean the gold, it means the gold colour is recreated purely with plastic, rather than plated (think the shiny gold of akatsuki or hyakushiki, a method of painting), or painted directly (dunno if these appear in Bandai model kits)
You inject plastic into molds to make pieces
Is there something wrong witht the plastic mine didn't make it off the sprue :(

Code Geass x Wing Gundam Zero
IIRC in the crossover they showed a purple Wing Zero that Lelouch would pilot. I am hoping for a new mold HG Wing Zero EW that I can customize with the core Alus Gundam head, which if you paint the V-fin mustache yellow, resembles the geass symbol, plus paint the rest of the unit to match, makes it look like Zero's costume...

i like Gawain better than shinkiro ..
the elbow and knee articulation looks terrible. Then again this is another review in Macha gaikotsu series of dropping review quality where he is just lazy and phones in the articulation segment.
So hopefully another reviewer actually shows off the articulation and it´s better then what was shown in this video.
