To stop my hair from falling out, I began using a smooth silk pillow case to sleep on. I also used litttllextra coconinon shampoo & hair oil together. These adjustments helped me lose fewer hair. After a couple of months of applying them every day, my hair ceased falling out totally.

I didn't believe initially that a shampoo could change the game. I was not feeling good by how much hair I was losing, however, as soon as I used the Cooconion shampoo, I noticed a difference after just one use. It brought back the shine to my hair, it left my hair feeling soft and moisturized, and it smells fantastic. Ladies, you should definitely try it, nothing works so fast and effectively out there. Thank you so much.

There is a difference between permanent and temporary hairloss. Hairloss that is connected to stress is temporary if you don’t have genetics of the permanent variant. The stress one in itself is not permanent your body is just being put in a certain mode where the hair follicles are less active due to the survival mechanism of stress where ur body prioritizes other aspects of your body instead.

@@therealspirit2035 This is exactly my issue too. I also am constantly stressed so my hair shedding never really stops. Sometimes I have a few weeks where I'm not stressed but then something happens and I guess I start stressing out again. I think I just am a stress prone person and I also feel like I'm used to constantly being stressed, so sometimes I don't even notice I'm stressed. I don't know what to do :( what did you end up doing? Have you thought about anti-hair loss medication?

@@babybluebaloo6499I am in the same situation, started two years ago and still my hair is shedding everywhere on my body, face and head. Lost approximately 20-30% of volume and still ongoing. Did every test and the results were fine. It is a mix of alopecia areata and telogen effluvium, mainly caused by stress as well as my psoriasis. So now I don‘t know what to do as well. Going bald, shaved and good physique is I think the only way to cope with this situation if it does not stop haha. But lets still be thankfull that no other or bigger evil has befallen us.
