Great video! I love the Baja; I was a southern Californian for 12 years. I moved away from family and moved to the south, and that was a big deal. Looking forward to watching your adventures!

I like the idea of asking questions: My first one is "where can I go to escape the Cold Winter"?? LOL... Mexico or Hawaii were my natural choices because while I was working, I always saved all my paid leave till it added up to at least 21 days and either went to Hawaii... or Mexico... sprinkle in some Europe trips... But when you explained the idea of moving to "change" your surroundings and improve your life, I totally get it! the 3 week vacations I took made work life easier for me. The place you settled sounds nice, but I know it gets very hot during the summer... So, I will probably visit during wintertime. Gracias !

I get it with the cold winter! And I agree - saving up for those longer vacations was really worth it when I did that. And you're right, it does get reallllly hot. We're just coming out of the hot season and I am welcoming the cooler days. During the hot time you are up early to do your chores, doggie walks and fun stuff then camp out in AC during the day. Thanks for your comment and come down anytime! It's cooling off and the weather is great!

Hi there. In some ways it's the same and some ways totally different, ya know? We're coming up on a year and I'm planning to spend some time looking back b/c I know I've changed a lot and learned a ton. Thanks for your comment!
