A very helpful explanation. I can absolutely see how this could work for me. Being a bit OCD I would add a view with all the items, done and not done! Also, I would add a column for an estimate of the time a task will take, because I know I won't be able to time-block every task when I first add it. Then, if I get, say, a thirty minute block unexpectedly, I can see if there are any tasks of that length I could do. I will definitely check your template.
question. is there a way to remind you of events/tasks happening in the next 3 months? like a heads up without making it a task every month for 3 months lmao.
Isn't a Table View just an Inline Database? I'm confused why you are selecting Table View over the other assuming they are the same thing? More importantly, I wonder why Notion doesn't just simplify the menu structure.

All of your content is 🔥, current, efficient AND effective. Templates are good but 1\2 the fun is building it myself.
really appreciate it! :D
love you man

Is there a way to have this to do list in a template so we can just duplicate a to do list template
Link in the description to my Gumroad store :) I have plenty of free Notion templates.
Checkbox should stand after the task's title
the great thing about notion is that it's up to you!
