Full Body Workout (using mini bands) - CHALLENGING!

- This is a full body mini band resistance workout. If you're looking for a total body workout that's challenging, then this is the workout for you. Every exercise in this workout incorporates mini resistance bands. The bands I use are the Perform Better mini bands but any brand will work.
I will guide you through each exercise and show you just how amazing these little mini bands can be for toning and strengthening your muscles. This is not a beginner workout, however there are easier modifications to most exercises if you find that it's a little too challenging.

Brilliant,I tried it haven’t trained for a couple of years definitely be doing this all the time ,only thing I struggled on was the press up ones ,I got weak wrists and there was no alternative,xx

Been doing home workouts no equipments for past 3 years, recently added resistance band to my workout and this is a very challenging workout, did them mostly with medium, heavy and x-heavy bands

this looks great will try it out. So how would beginner start with this? Something like a 3x a week = M/W/F? Then move to a 5day/week deal with more specialized exercises? And if so when to switch?
Now to look for some foods to go with this.
Yes, it's a great workout for all levels. Just use a light band if you're starting out. 2-3x's a week is a great start. Then build up the resistance as you get stronger. Enjoy! 💪

how many days a week would you do a routine like this... instead of spicyng it up with say... an abs and strech day, etc?
You can do this routine 2-3x a week. Add in one of my core and stretch videos on other days to switch it up. 💪

Here’s the thing. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y These are not meant to be stretched to 12ft or 14ft or whatever else where you’re a 6ft person, stepping in the band and trying to do standing shoulder presses. If they tear, (assuming they’re not defective) then you’re trying to stretch them way too far. For a full body stretch, bands should be like three feet long, doubled over. Don’t buy the bad press. A fully extended reverse fly is avoid as far as you should stretch these. If it’s too easy, use more than one band at a time.Not rocket science.
