Thank you for the helpful material. I had thought that the QB Desktop exam would be more like the GMetrix interface, but a lot of this multiple question stuff is more confusing. With most other tests, it's more hands-on and they want to see that you can work with the GUI and perform basic tasks, which I prefer. I don't memorize most menus, interfaces or learn this way. Hopefully I memorize enough of this to pass on the 2nd or 3rd time. Ha! Thanks - R

The questions are either exact or very similar. No one has the exact questions but a few of these questions will appear on the certification since the questions are pulled from a test bank. However, you would be tested on the same concepts. If you can master these questions, you are golden.

I failed the exam twice. It’s okay to learn these but 90% of these questions do not come in the exam.
