B Hall is so humble! I swear we all need to learn alot from this man! Amazing work as always he puts out! Hope your having a great day man! My hat's off to you sire!
Such good work, Bhall is a damn artist. I'll bet there's loads of people who do his job daily but don't grasp how these cars go together like he does. Can see it; all the joins and transfer of force are in his head man; he knows how this whole thing's supposed to work.
Man the skills you guys have from just improvising is dope! Just seeing B just looking at that gap and figuring out a game plan so quickly is insane to me. Awesome job guys
Hey guys, resident hobby blacksmith. Just go to a machine shop and offer to buy one of their excess hunks of metal. You want something hard and flat. Once chained to a stump it works great. I combine that with the stow away no weld forge made by Essential Craftsman. If you absolutely need a horn you can either grind one out or get the cheap mini anvil from Harbor Freight. I've used it to make some tongs and its not bad.
Got into this channel recently and started catching up. Mad props on all the fab work in this build. B-Hall really showing off some pretty under-estimated skills, attention to detail and mad professional mindset from that squirrel's nest on his dome. Def echo a sentiment thrown out in a lot of these comments and feel Jimmy and B-Hall are some unsung heroes in the RUclips auto content game. Flexing some mad skills with this over the top (and mildly unnecessary) heroes build for the JDM crowd.
Hey you should put all the RWD Honda vids in s playlist. I'm wanting to RWD swap my Jetta and with Quarantine I got the time 😂😂😂 if you do that I'm binge watching all of them.
I don't think it's said enough: GREAT WORK BRIAN!! Dude that is amazing. You are a master of your craft man, I can't wait to see it done and I really want to see this thing in person one day, because it is a one of a kind!
Easiest way to make the bellhousing portion of a trans tunnel is to weld 3/8 round rod to all the seams or corned connecting the too then lay cardboard over it and trace it from the bottom. Then you have a backing bar were the sheet metal but weld together it way stronger and easier to weld
I severed the tendons in three of my fingers on my right hand working with rough cut sheetmetal... Guys please atleast wear gloves! I'm looking at 5 surgeries, a year or more of physical therapy, and shit ton of medical bills.
I think you guys should take this thing too sema. It truly is a testament to what a couple guys can do in their garage without all the money in the world 🔥
My work is currently in the process of moving shops, and I was so stoked to see a new Jimmy O upload to be able to watch while I eat lunch!! Keep up the great work guys, Nissonda is gonna be so sweet when it’s done!!
Great work as always! you two need to hit up your boy Adam and get you in with Cleetus, not enough of his fans know about your channel and you guys are killing it and deserve more youtube dollars, aka subs
Make yr own Anvil out of some Railway line, grind end into oval an other end into a gradual V. Works an cost $$$ time, it will last forever an give u guys alot help shaping sheet steel.🤙
Awesome work Brian! Would be great to see you have some proper metall tools/machines. Like an english wheel and a bending machine and a proper solid bench of steel. With the project builds you guys does it could be a notch higher outcome and mostly some time savings. You do awesome work with what you have. Looking forward to see the finished results as it will be amazing! And so fun to see other way around swap to what's usually is done. Keep whacking on LOL
I'm doing something like this to my Sunfire. I'm swapping out my 2.2 and 4T40 for a Hyundai 2.4 engine and a Ford AOD-E transmission, as well as a Ford 8.8 rear axle. All of these parts are gonna come from junkyard trucks and cars since brand new stuff is a lot more expensive.
Hey sup Jimmy Oakes From SW Florida have a nice day man and keep making more RUclips video it is very good and I like it a lot and i Love your car and be safe My Friend ?
You can find anvils at yard sales at stuff alot cheaper if your lucky I got my dad to get me a little one cuz I was destroying his scrap break rotors trying to blacksmith stuff
@@dorsch250 There are plenty of cheaper options, Harbor Freight even sells one for like $50, but you get what you pay for. Consider that an anvil is one of a blacksmiths most essential tools and it's not as outrageous. An empty toolbox can cost the same to put it into better perspective.
The automotive world does not give you two guys enough credit.. unreal work as always from B and yourself. 👏🏻👏🏻
so true. what they do on this channel is heaps above what most others are doing. i dont understand how hes not at 1mil subs yet
Devive couldn't agree more. 🙌🏼

I just can't wait until it looks perfectly stock from the outside and then they rock up to meets and do burnouts or something
Mindfreak everyone by staging up at the the drift event in a Civic lmao

8:25 B makes a tiny mistake and looks completely devastated. I thought it looked awesome anyways!
nah he was just stoned
Brian does such amazing work on this project that you should pretty much hand him the title when it’s done.
All this beautiful metal work needs to be shown to the “builders” of Sema
You spelled "assemblers" wrong.

Shout B.Hall and his witty banter. He's the hardest worker and greatest homie ever.
B Halls fabrication skills are an absolute gift! Great work guys super stoked on this one.
You can also use a small section of railroad track instead of an anvil. Just needs some wearing in to be perfect!

I never knew how long it takes to do descent sheet metal work until I recently built a firewall and trans tunnel and it took me like 100hrs. Lol
