The first apts were the Novel apartments I literally just toured there this week. The only thing I didn’t like was the kitchen island took up most of the living room space due to it being so long. Keep that in mind if you have a big couch. Other than that it was a nice apartment.

Awww thank you, I do homes also here and there. There harder to find but when I do they are beautiful
At $5K per month, it sounds like corporate housing. Never understood why "the average person" or slightly above would through away $60K a year. Even corporations would not do that for an extended period of time. I know surgeons who would not pay that much for rent/a condo. This video/advertisement is directed to those who need to be seen. Invest wisely people. Everyone I know who owns a house is sitting on at least $500K in equity; this is money you can borrow against and extend your lifestyle, if you so choose. The earlier you get in your house the better. Stay away from rentals; you cannot earn equity or establish wealth renting from someone else. Bite the bullet and sacrifice for a time to save money for a down payment and then go buy something that will pay off later. Trust me you will not regret it.
