I did a tour of the 3rd apartment, 2 weeks ago. I wanted to see the one with the white countertop and dark wood cabinets, but i looked at a new unit with the wood counter tops and light color cabinets of the one you tour. But why earlier i was on their site and the 2nd apartment you tour caught my eye, and i remember you touring it before, so i came on here and saw your last video was 6days ago. And look what happened you tour the both apartments i like 😂 on this video. But how your reaction to the 3rd apartment when you turned that corner thats how i was, it was so quiet and gave off a peaceful feeling in there.

Skeptical, and I got questions. 🤨 Georgia does NOT play when it comes to tenant maintenance issues, especially when it comes to termites and bed bugs. She better be careful advertising on SM. She'll get herself and her landlord in trouble. If there is no deal. She has recourse. She ought to reread her lease for when issues will be resolved then contact her local county gov for help. On the felip side, if you don't pay rent on time, you'll be given a cease and desist ( EVICTION) letter by the 4th day. You are out of there by the 30th day if you don't pay rent along with all of the fees you incurred. The sheriff will put your belingings on the street. Forget about renting in Georgia ever again. Rented until 2020 when I bought my house. If I did nothing else, I paid my rent on time.
