I think it's because the screen of the switch is very small compared to a monitor for one, which makes the 30 fps look very good and doesn't affect the gameplay at all.
I used to play on switch lite from early 2021 to early 2023 until I got the regular switch then I got an Xbox inNovember 2023 and now I will be getting the latest Xbox at Christmas time
