You just gotta have your own play style like I’m somewhat decent at building. I’m not a crazy builder, but I’m a little rat when it comes to fights. I always find they’re Blindspot or opening and end up popping them even if it’s not a lot of damage.

Delay has nothing to do with hz but Xbox has lots of delay especially when using kbm. Keep ur pc dont downgrade just fix it. Dropping from 120 fps to 60 is horrible and you’ll hate it.
