In my opinion, the best part of this remix was the middle where there's that quick one to two second pause. It's like seeing the lightning before you hear the thunder. You see that big flash in the sky, then there's nothing for a brief moment just to give you a quick breather, and suddenly it EXPLODES, just like the beginning of the Act 2 music.
Flying battery is my favorite song in the sonic 3 and knuckles soundtrack, and you guys pulled the remix off so well, that no remix can top this. the only remix of this song that even comes CLOSE is the one by mikeblastdude, which is pretty cool too. Overall, best remix of flying battery zone EVER!

Hardcore remix for one of my favorite levels as a kid!! I love the lead and slap bass, really puts the song in your face. I could see myself replaying Flying Battery with this playing instead...maybe even a 3D remake of the stage.
Coming back to this after listening to tons of trash music in the recent years and i just realise, at 1.20, SnappleMan actually snuck in a small section of music alluring to the next Zone with is Sandopolis with those sandy Egyptian vibes that was the main theme of that zone before heading back to the actual theme of the song. And i heard this album back when it was released, how did i even miss that out?!

This music brings me good memories in my childish times, playing Sonic & Knuckles a lot in my days, and still playing it a lot, it's so wonderful~ And even doing the Sonic 3 & Knuckles which it's more extend and more fabulous~
Personally, I find the entire Project Chaos to be awesome - it gives an amazing feel of nostalgia straight away, and all the remix's deserve major kudos. ...although I do feel the Lava Reef remix COULD have been a tad better. The slow piano remix was nice, but Lava Reef really deserved more of a heavy metal or techno mix, I feel. That's just my 2 cents. =)
