@@melbournewocoffee5617man, gregtech modpacks need factorio-style world timer. You can't easily see that it takes ~10 hours for one 30 minutes chapter.
great series! love it. also always very interesting to see how other people tackle gregtech, i myself try to compact everything, so my solution for the ore processing was cramming large ore washer, both large centrifuges and the large macerator as well as single block electrolyzer, ore washer and forge hammer, to skip the secondary output, into one quarterchunk and direct the itemflow with lasernodes.
The part I didn’t understand is how you send resources from sieve to processing subnetwork? Is it just sending all the ores, no matter of the type(just based on interface settings? How can this regulate what resources are getting sent? I just imagine it can be stuck processing iron or something
How resources are exchanged from sieve to processing. Both there and there are ME storage buses. How do they transfer resources among themselves? Or do you have export/import tires for sieve?
I have an export bus from the main net into the ore processing network to automatically process the most imporant ores, since my processing is very slow compared to resource generation at the moment, I'm still bulk inputting less important resources
I"m a slow player so just follwing along as i get to certian stages. you'll probalby be long done by th time i reach the 'end' Assumbe the 1.20 verson the pack doent come out first
i think you still need to got for compression dynamos because the power can be transfered wirelessly with flux networks, you just have to buffer the power or use a redstone emitter to buffer the amount of fluid that is inputed into the system, its optional since having cables everywhere is annoying at best
im sorry to ask... i am trying so hard to understand, how the main net only sees the final result of the oreprocessing subnet... i watched that section like 5 times and its not clicking
so basically, because all intermediates are filtered into other subnets, they no longer become visible to the network. Once they become the final products they are stored in the drives that the main net can see. And yeah theoretically main net can see what is in the other drives, it won't be taken out as they'll be placed into the machines for processing, hopefully that helps, I'm honestly not great at explaining it as I can barely understand it myself
This might be an outdated question but how do you fluid lock without breaking the distilling recipe since when I do it, the machine cannot output the fluids properly, any fix?
Steam cracked light, heavy and naphtha have the same products on the top of the distillation, the bottom 2 just use interfaces or void them as they are just either of the other two fuels
Mine doesn't seem to work either. The textures connect and it says it is pumping 444mb/s but nothing in my output hatch. Please if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
@@jamesbergstrom5780 I figured it out. It is one of the machines that can not be overclocked. meaning you need to use only one energy input hatch, not the two that it says.
pls help! i've ran into a problem with autocrafting. when i try to use a pattern to encode f.e. stainless steel it only puts in 1 dust of each and i can't change the number of iron to make the recipe work. what should i do?
I have this issue as well, you need to make sure you have inventory sort bound to something other than middle mouse, and then when setting recipes, you can use middle mouse to set the amount of products per recipe
Easier way to get magnessium is to electrolyze Marble Dsut, you get marable by stone dust to get 9 peices of marble dust, turn it otn a block fo maralbe. set marable into HV rock crusher, then crush marable into dust and finally you get magnesium
Don’t mind me, I'm just commenting so that the algorithm can engage this wonderful video with more people.
same as you, if it work with commenting in a comment
Really reminding me of threefold here
Wow Lois, this is almost as good as that time I built a GregTech oil processing line!
Love this series! Looks like early threefold videos, thx you❤️
Спасибо за классный контент🥰
I love this series and I love this modpack!!! Combining them both is just dopamine central 😆
I can’t believe how quickly you’ve progressed in this mod pack. Maybe it just cause I’m not much of a gregtech player 🤔
It might look fast, but I promise, this has taken 160 hours, you could probably do it faster
160 hours? That is dedication 👍

I come from a factorio background, everything must be expandable
Factorio background is a based background

So I use an export bus into an interface to send selected ores, while my ore processing is still too slow to go through everything fast enough
@@melbournewocoffee5617 So basically whatever get sent first is processed?

Why don't you use void upgrade on a diamond siving side products?
Love watching and playing this modpack, and seeing how you tackle things different from me.
how does the extruder know he should craft since the recipes have similar inputs?
You just need to enable "distinct busses" mode in each input bus

Ooops, i should have checked my spelling. oh well.
Why do your item pipes look different than mine? Are those the Pipez mod pipes?
I'm using the pretty pipez resource pack, it comes included in the pack
