    A big hello Ralph, how is it going? Great video.!.... I loved the variance one mother sauce... All the sister sauces you can develop the apple one you did. We probably go really good on pulled pork or pork chops!.... Being a chef by trade pairing hot sauces with food is like pairing wine or beer with food.... Though I never fermented a sauce before, it's on the Future agenda... Great job! Thank you Ralph!

      Thank you, I am glad you enjoyed it. I was actually making it up as I went and happy it turned out halfway decent. I agree, the apple one would be good on pork.

    Not sure how you feel about a marijuana Ralph. But I recently made a marijuana infused hot sauce with Habaneros, Salt, Carrots, Tomato, Garlic, Onion, Vingegar water and Marijuana of course and pie oh my was it tasty. And the effects 30 minutes later fun as well . Greeting from New Mexico 🌶️ home of the chile peppers.

      I do not partake but I also do not judge because i have my own vices, LOL. Regardless, that does sound extremely tasty.
