You are amazing! I love peppers. The Market where I work has all kinds of peppers. I taste them when they arrive❤. You could tell by the shape of that pepper it was gonna be FIRE😂😂
Great review and bad technical issues with the first pepper not being recorded😂 With it not having anything to offer flavor wise, I would ferment it with some onions, tomatoes and garlic for a sauce and it sounds like a great candidate for turning into a powder to make a seasoning blend/rub with. Cheers Ralph!!
Thanks Ralph! I enjoy making a big variety of sauces that all have different profiles, if you ever want to chat up anything for any ideas you have please reach out anytime. I'd still like to try and collaborate a sauce or two once the garden season winds down and we can breathe after preserving the peppers we grew this year🌶️
It does look an awful lot like a peach ghost. I’m having to put the hot stuff on hold for a bit now because my O-ring has been really sensitive for a few days now 😬. My stomach has actually been handling things well, but the other end not so much.
Kind of a waste that you get heat and no flavor. I have grown all kinds of hot peppers and I wondered about these and now I know they would just not be worth growing if they had no discernable flavor. Heat just to be hot is a waste of time for me because I love all the different flavors peppers have.
Great review
Thank you good sir.

Great Idea. Looking though your sauces I will say your flavor ideas are so much better than mine.
Thanks Ralph!
