The company that makes the Flushmate system was nice enough to reach out to us and let us know that a little bit of water in the bottom of the tank is okay and is not a sign of any issues with the system.
Hello, I just started managing a property that has two toilets with Flushmates. The building has sat vacant for sometime and both of these toilets won't flush (the regular non-flushmate toilets work fine). Is this a common issue with a Flushmate? Can this issue be easily resolved? Any advice would be welcome. Thank you, Linda
Great question Linda. Sometimes sitting for long periods of time can cause issues with the flushing system. My recommendation for you is to contact Flushmate and talk with they about your issues and see what replacement parts they recommend you to have on hand to solve issues that come up for PMs. Flushmate 844-621-7537

Help! Cannot get cartridge to loosen and unscrew
I ended up buying an adjustable plumbers wrench, and lots of prayer, then it came out.
Glad that worked out for you. Sometimes they can be quite stuck.
I would normally recommend calling a professional at this point so that nothing gets damaged.
