So I don't see many people explains the lyrics in the comments so here I go.. If you look through the lyrics of daydream, it shows the bad side of being famous - obviously you have no private life. HOBI wants to "be fluttered by love" and get drunk, all the things that normal people do. But he realizes that it's just a daydream although he appreciates all the good things that are happening to him as seen by the bridge and the chorus. "Wish on a scar" is a play on words using the common phrase "wish on a star" showing how he doesn't just leave his success up to luck, he actually works for it as represented by how scars signify hard work and actual labor. The music also shows a lot of that, the end "wake up" is telling himself to wake up from his daydream of being free from the clutches of a life of being a public figure. All of BTS lyrics and music videos have a deep meaning such as theories or just relatable and empowering/inspiring lyrics which is what really sets them apart from artists who just talk about surface level things. They also talk a lot about controversies such as the Sewell ferry tragedy or politics to female empowerment.
