Question about the springs. Mine doesn’t seem to touch the vinyl at all, and I have the “bubbling” that you mention. Is there something I can do to resolve that? I’ve worked with Silhouette since I purchased my machine when they were first released, but no resolution.
You won't see them "touch" the vinyl. They are to be evenly spread out between the rollers. What are the cut settings you are using for vinyl, that can affect the bubbling up?

There has to be a way to clean the rollers. Is there an updated video for this? Can't find anything and my RH roller needs cleaning.
No, there is no real easy way to clean the rollers since they are completely enclosed underneath the roller bar on the Cameo Pro.
